supposing Jesus Christ did not come, are we non Israelites heading for condemnation? Were we neglected by our CREATOR? Is Almighty God the GOD of the Israelites only? sometimes I cry and think that Almighty God has neglected me and our people. I read this mathew 15 vs 24 and so on and i was sad. brb.

Nothing to worry abou, you came to Christ under grace, no law to worry about.

The gentiles have always been part of God's plan.

Your English is fine, it is your logic that is flawed.
There is no point in 'supposing' something didn't happen....WHEN IT DID.
From this point on, the valid discussion is to examine what has happened BECAUSE Jesus DID come.
Anything else is just rubbish.

After the discussion is over, what exactly has been gained...by anyone?
If Jesus had not come, had not fulfilled the law and the covenant that Israel entered into with their lips, they would still be "not a people" unto Him. They would be in the same boat as you and I, death ruling non-stop over mankind, and separated by their sins and adulteries.
As it is, their rejection of Him when He did show up is going to be very costly for them. It already has cost them dearly, holocausts, the dispersion, conflicts, and on and on the list of the Jewish plight goes.
This time of mercy and election out of the nations of a body for His Son is all that is happening in the earth. When grace and mercy is removed, the power that is keeping the Lawless one off the scene, then the real trouble for the humble and faithful Jew will begin. The apostate Jew will not care, being in bed with the Harlot. Of those that endure until the end of those days, which would not be shortened of its judgments and wrath were it not for the elect of Israel, they shall be made pillars in the earthly reign of Christ.
Our expectation and faith is celestial, heavenly; our lot will never be on the earth. We are to be changed, transformed into the image of His Beloved Son, possessing spirit bodies honed and prepared before the Day of the Lord comes, when grace and mercy and faith and the Body will be removed from the earth, that judgment in righteousness may proceed from the throne of the Father and the Son.
Lot may not have been part of the promise, but the Abraham redeemed him from the fate of Sodom through intercession. So too we will escape wrath, for we have not been appointed unto wrath but unto salvation in Christ. 1Th 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
1Th 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
1Th 5:10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
