Gods Living Spirit cannot And is not contained...
His Living word endures forever.thats His Living Spirit..it can’t be contained...Gods Living Spirit is everywhere."Heaven and earth shall pass away but My word (Bible) shall not pass away", as it " endures forever".
His Living word endures forever.
We are Born Again of imperishable/ incorruptible seed that LIVETH and abideth forever.
If they read the Bible and become Born Again....then they become Born Again by the Living Holy Spirit..the written word doesn’t make you Born Again..only the Living Holy Spirit can do that. The word of God is alive.
It has to be so, as otherwise it could not be "the power of God, (the Gospel), unto Salvation".
People read the bible, and they become born again.
The word of God is His Living Spirit. You can't do that by reading a cereal box or a dictionary.
Sorry,I did mentioned the scripture. the book of John. did you try to investigate?Dear Eternally Grateful,
Where is your scripture? It is easy to say someone is wrong but to present the scriptures that contradict what they have said is not so easy.
Joe
Paul totally defeats this premis in Romans 1..
You are missing the fact that I. the natural, carnal, mind state, which all are unless or until the Holy Spirit enters in, we are not even conscious of what the choice fully entails in the long run. Because the things of God are foolishness to us.
We don't make the choice not to believe because we don't know the ultimatum.
This is true. The above must be read in light of Jeremiah 17:9, which reads:
The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it?
To God Be The Glory
If they read the Bible and become Born Again....then they become Born Again by the Living Holy Spirit..the written word doesn’t make you Born Again..only the Living Holy Spirit can do that.
That is your belief system,, which I have no problem with."it Pleased God.......by the foolishness of PREACHING (the Gospel)...... To Save those who Believe"..
First YOU believe, and then God will save you ever single time.
"ALL that call on the name of Jesus, shall be saved"...
That is your belief system,, which I have no problem with.
As I said those Bible verses are how you believe you become Born Again...no problem.yes, those bible verses are my belief system., you are correct.
I do believe that "All who call on the Name of Jesus, shall be saved".
I do believe that when Jesus Said...>"ALL who believe in Me, i give unto them eternal life, and they shall never go to Hell (perish)".
What i dont believe is lying Calvinism and TULIP that rewrites those verses According to Satan's dictation.. like this.
"All that are caused to believe, that i have caused to believe in me, shall be saved, and only them"...
"All that i cause to call on me, who i have pre-chosen to call on me, because i caused them to call,... .only those will i save".
The Living Word is Jesus, and also the scriptures, which are His Word. The two are not separate. We are Born Again of imperishable seed that LIVETH ...LIVETH where in you?
I became Born Again differently to you.xx
So you do not believe in the validity, divine inspiration, and authority of Scripture? You base your beliefs solely on your mind's understanding of your experience? As I said those Bible verses are how you believe you become Born Again...no problem.
The Living word is the Living Holy Spirit. The Living Word is Jesus, and also the scriptures, which are His Word. The two are not separate.
2 Timothy 3:14-17
[14]But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
[15]And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
[16]All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
[17]That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
Psalm 119:105
[105]NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Isaiah 40:8
[8]The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
Proverbs 30:5-6
[5]Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
[6]Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
John 15:3
[3]Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
John 12:46-49
[46]I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
[47]And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
[48]He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
[49]For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
Just post scripture that states that the Living Word is His Living Spirit. His Living word endures forever.thats His Living Spirit.
Post scripture to support what you're saying. You've posted scripture, but none of them say what you're concluding/saying.The Living word is the Living Holy Spirit.
The written word does not make you Born Again...only the Living Spirit can do that.
Spirit gives birth to spirit, Born Of The Spirit..Born Again of imperishable seed.
I have posted reams of scripture regarding this.
The Living word is the Living Holy Spirit.
I have already explained to you..we are Born Again by the Living Holy Spirit...the inspired scripture, backs up the Holy Spirit Living word.So you do not believe in the validity, divine inspiration, and authority of Scripture? You base your beliefs solely on your mind's understanding of your experience?
Post scripture to support what you're saying. You've posted scripture, but none of them say what you're concluding/saying.
I think it's futile to help you get it.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit Of Jesus...that is who we receive into our hearts when we become Born Again. No its not.
You've used the wrong "word".
See... its The Living "W"ord, is the Holy Spirit. = upper case "W"< as found in a bible..
Open yours and and read JOHN 1.. .and the Word "W".. .=uppercase... "was God"..
"CHRIST (the Living Word) is THAT Spirit" = The Holy Sprit., and "God is A Spirit", = "W.ord"... not "word".

(2 Peter 1:1–2) 1Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To the elect who are exiles of the Dispersion throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, chosena 2according to the foreknowledge of God the Father and sanctified by the Spirit for obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by His blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance. A Living Hope 3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By His great mercy He has given us new birthb into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4and into an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, reserved in heaven for you, 5who through faith are shielded by God’s power for the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. 6In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in various trials 7so that the proven character of your faith—more precious than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 8Though you have not seen Him, you love Him; and though you do not see Him now, you believe in Him and rejoice with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9now that you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls. 10Concerning this salvation, the prophets who foretold the grace to come to you searched and investigated carefully, 11trying to determine the time and setting to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow. 12It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, when they foretold the things now announced by those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things. A Call to Holiness (Hebrews 12:14–17) 13Therefore prepare your minds for action.c Be sober-minded. Set your hope fully on the grace to be given you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 14As obedient children, do not conform to the passions of your former ignorance. 15But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do, 16for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”d 17Since you call on a Father who judges each one’s work impartially, conduct yourselves in reverent fear during your stay as foreigners. 18For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life you inherited from your forefathers, 19but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or spot. 20He was known before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in the last times for your sake. 21Through Him you believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and glorified Him; and so your faith and hope are in God. The Enduring Word (Isaiah 40:6–8) 22Since you have purified your souls by obedience to the truth so that you have a genuine love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from a pure heart.e 23For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. 24For, “All flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, 25but the word of the Lord stands forever.”f And this is the word that was proclaimed to you. |
