The slogan is grammatically incorrect. It should be "A Baby's Life Matters" or "Babies Lives Matter"
Shame on those illiterate pro-life vandals!

Sorry, but you’re incorrect. You have the singular possessive and plural forms. To be consistent you need the plural possessive, which is “babies’ lives matter.” That is babies with an apostrophe after the s. Take it from an old English teacher.
But I would go with what they have in the pic to make it sound consistent with the original.

"Baby Lives Matter" is using "baby" adjectivally, same as the slogan "Black Lives Matter", "black lives", "baby lives". You may be more correct to say "Infant Lives Matter", but I think Baby Lives Matter is to be preferred semantically, particularly to reference BLM.
Better slogan appeal!
