We all know donuts are better than bagels, right?

No one gets excited for bagels.

They are objectively worse. They come in onion flavors. You don't have to worry about an onion flavored donut.

As you can see, I like the raisin bagels. Or blueberry. With strawberry cream cheese.

Ooo, that reminds me - tomorrow is Monday, and somebody over in the next building always puts out bagels in the break area.

Although one can get doughnuts in the UK that have a hole in the middle, here we tend to think of doughnuts as :


They can have jam fillings like these, or custard, or cream.

You can buy bagels here too, but they seem to be much rarer than doughnuts (We spell doughnuts differently too )
