Interesting fact! 
It's amazing how many times we are told not to fear our enemies! We must have the heart of Joshua and Caleb, who, even though they saw an enemy greater than they, feared not, and trusted the Lord. When we see Goliath, we must have faith like David!

It flies in the face of those who believe the word 'fear' means to be terrified rather than to be in awe of God. The fact is - God wants to be in relationship with us - He is not doing us a favor or blackmailing us - He loves us!

Interesting argument. But looking that up, it seems all those verses are not talking about the fear of God, but about NOT fearing your enemy, because God is with you. We are indeed to fear none but God. I do think we should fear the Lord as a servant fears his master, and as one fears a judge, since he's not a respector of persons.
Deu_20:1When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
