King James didn't decide anything. He ordered the scholars of his kingdom to do the translation at the threat of death and never paid them. This caused many of the translators to translate the brutal truth. But others feared the king and the catholic church which caused them to translate their portions tainted. Most of the books that you are talking about were destroyed by the catholic church and were not available for translation such as the book of Enoch and the book of Nathan the Prophet and Gad the seer.
There are many book of Scripture that were destroyed by the holy roman empire who twisted the gospel and mixed it with Greek mythology. This all happened after the first church was murdered and fed to the lions. All of the apostles were martyred by 75AD along with most of the powerful Spirit filled Christians. None of the first church ever saw the book of revelations except John who wrote it.

It was a crime to be anything outside of their catholic mockery. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it's still a duck. The puritans petitioned for the bible translation from King James. The Puritans thought that the Church of England had kept too many Catholic practices. They wanted church government put in the hands of the people, rather than a hierarchy of bishops and archbishops. They were still the "Catholic Church of England".
The delusion of the gospel from the Greeks was evident as far back as 160 AD when the scribe Luke who wrote a version of the gospel to the patriarch of Antioch Theophilus added material that is contradicted by the other gospels.
This is also where the gospel got mixed with Greek mythology. Even today most people who call themselves christian believe the Greek mythology version of the gospel which includes going to Zuse's heaven and being tormented in Hades by Pluto.
You're are very confused about Greek mythology and the Catholic Church. Paul's address to the Greeks about the "unknown god" in Acts 17:18-34 which you can find here. I'm sure it will help you put the whole notion of other "gods"[ your Greek god Zeus for example ] in context, It's a very beautiful passage.
You are confused because you didn't pay attention to what I said. The book of Luke and the book of acts were written by the Greek scribe Luke, who copied other documents and added his own stuff to them, for the Patriarch of Antioch Theophilus. This is why the acts drifts from first to second to third person writing styles.
Luke and Theophilus were alive in 160 AD.
They would have to be included at some point, to be omitted.

Luke 21:24 - Jesus' usage of "fall by the edge of the sword" follows Sirach 28:18.
John 4:48; Acts 5:12; 15:12; 2 Cor. 12:12 - Jesus', Luke's and Paul's usage of "signs and wonders" follows Wisdom 8:8.
These are just samples. Revelation has 13 references to the Dueterocanon, and other books have many as well.

Protestants have been ripped off. But that is changing.
Teaching is reserved for the recognized teachers of Catholicism, that's true because it is biblical, and it is biblical because it is true. . All the teachings are available on web sites. Perhaps what you mean to say is that the Church is a teaching Church, not a learning church, which is true. Teaching always flows from the top down, beginning with God > Christ > Apostles > successors. Deeper theological realities are there for anyone who wants them. Not all Catholics have doctorates on theology and/or philosophy and no one stops anyone from obtaining them. But the Bible does not say any individual can teach whatever they want, as in Protestantism. It's in a state of theological chaos. The Bible says that teaching is reserved for the ordained, or those commissioned by the ordained. or those called directly by God followed by signs and wonders.
