"Things That Differ" are simply not the same (1 Corinthians 14:33), so:
Mixing [Present] GRACE and [past/future] works Never works! (Romans 11:6)

The reality in God's written Word though is... that God did... reveal His Plan of Salvation for the Gentiles also per His Old Testament prophets.

Thing was, back then the children of Israel and His prophets didn't yet understand it. However, it was always... there, written of even back in The Old Testament prophecies.

Since Lord Jesus came and brought The New Covenant through His Blood, and His Apostles provided those who believe a Scripture Witness, we can now go back and look in The Old Testament writings and actually discover The Gospel having always been present in it! Now if that isn't about understanding GOD's dispensations per His Word, then I don't know what is.

I'm not following any of that.

The idea or time of "rightly dividing the word of truth", came following the advent (coming) if Holy Spirit, made avaliable by Christ completing the advent of flesh and blood. Which is the transition point of the kingdom of God vs. this world, or the commencement and fulfillment of Christ's prayer of "on earth as it is in heaven."

Paul's introduction of the term ("rightly dividing the word of truth") was to aid the commencement of the Spirit and the Kingdom, by the understanding that the scriptures are a mix of worldly terms with heavenly, that ultimately have no communion, and therefore must be divided for proper understanding--which is the fulfillment of Christ sending the Holy Spirit to guide us "unto all truth" not otherwise revealed, but sealed.

Which Paul gave referring to what was for a time "unlawful to utter." A time that has now been fulfilled--and thus, the meaning is now unsealed.
