California gets goahead to seek secession

I believe they use the 14th amendment passed during the reconstruction period as law against secession. "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privilages or immunities of citizens of the United States."

I am all for secession of a State, I just don't think they would allow it. It will have to come under a different title such as 'sanctuary State'. But if they do allow it I am all for it. Either it or something like it must happen else there will be war.
