Implied is that it is simply impossible for a woman to sin; the system must have failed her somehow. So, this begs the question; can a woman sin (and I don’t just mean in theory, but practice)? Thoughts?

I have watched the first video, and there was a lot of talk about post-partum depression, but I didn't notice anybody saying that it was right (that is, not sinful) for her to murder her children. The thread title asks if women can sin. The answer from Scripture is quite clear. They can. Eve did. Jezebel did. Thew woman caught in adultery did, and Jesus forgave her, but told her to sin no more:

NKJV Jhn 8:10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, "Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?"
Jhn 8:11 She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more."

There is a difference between saying, as some people are, that the woman who killed her children had underlying problems which made her less able to withstand temptations to kill her children, and saying that because of her problems, she wasn't sinning.

No, they excused her murders. You’ll have to dig beyond the headlines to gain insight into their rationalizations but it goes to the question of the OP. Couples are breaking up over this, weddings getting cancelled. @Debp?

Anyone who murders has underlying problems ... that is not an excuse.
Penalties under the law are there to act as deterrence.

Among certain groups of people, there are no absolute values of right and wrong. Shoplifting a few items gets a pass. No one is ever arrested much less jailed for adultery.

Assassination of someone is not considered wrong if you think the person is spreading “dangerous” ideas, or is the CEO of a “greedy” company, or works for a government institution deemed immoral, or . . . .

Although murder is still illegal, the punishment can be greatly diminished if the murderer is someone you empathize with.

Preaching the Gospel is more important than ever.

Any or Everything else AFTER this fact, is just so much "DRAMA!!!"
Which is forcibly "injecting" all the emotional and psychiatry in the decision making!
