I think you are mixing scientific theory with spirituality/religious doctrine. But other than that I don't know.

"The Christian admits that the universe is manifold and even miscellaneous, just as a sane man knows that he is complex. The sane man knows that he has a touch of the beast, a touch of the devil, a touch of the saint, a touch of the citizen. Nay, the really sane man knows that he has a touch of the madman. But the materialist's world is quite simple and solid, just as the madman is quite sure he is sane. The materialist is sure that history has been simply and solely a chain of causation, just as the interesting person before mentioned is quite sure that he is simply and solely a chicken. Materialists and madmen never have doubts.

You might say he effects free will in this way. A man not ever knowing the bible or God's teachings might have a different selection of choices, mostly evil. But supplied with the Good will of God, man might choose better choices and could choose the good or evil then.

Jesus motivates us by our sense of Justice

If we tend toward retributive justice we get that side of the double edged sword. You live by the sword, you die by the sword

If we favor Restorative Justice, as Jesus teaches in the NT and fulfills the laws,
then we get forgiveness as we forgive others, and a chance for corrections as we grant to others.

We get the Justice we give. And reap what we sow.

So this cause and effect process of Justice teaches us by conscience, by trial and error, by experience and example.

We have free will to choose either path
of retribution and ill will
or restoration and good will.

Our conscience is designed to seek
Truth Justice and Peace.

Collectively this is what is represented by the Kingdom of God
the Authority of Jesus as Justice
and heavenly peace for humanity
as the Holy Spirit brings.

Does Jesus effect people's freewill or not?

That is a question long debated among Christian's, and still remains unanswered.

If you are on the side of Jesus effecting freewill, then humanities choices will always be diminished. However if you are on the side of Jesus not effecting freewill, then Jesus can't actually do anything (Because the law of cause and effect) whatever you put in motion will always have it's effect, even if it's small.

God is sovereign, yet He is sovereign in such a way that keeps man’s will and responsibility intact.

Genesis 50:20 NASB
[20] As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive.

Acts 4:27-28 NASB
[27] For truly in this city there were gathered together against Your holy servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel, [28] to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose predestined to occur.

Dear @Looking4Me
This is like asking : does the motivation of Justice affect people's actions?

It depends on their beliefs about Justice which is the equivalent of asking what are their beliefs about Jesus.

Is Justice Retributive? Then this is the side of Justice that focuses on Judgment Punishment Rejection. And people who invoke act or live by this, get this turned back on them. Bullies incite more bullies. Attacking or rejecting others gets you attacked and rejected.

Many people go through the Broad Path of Destruction (warned in the Bible). Most people think they are right, others are wrong. This is human justice.

The narrow gate of righteousness few shall seek and find: Where is true justice and peace where everyone agrees is right and unites us instead of dividing us?

Restorative Justice is the higher road to Justice and Peace by agreeing on truth that reconciles sides to heal relations and fix problems together.

This is the side of Jesus or Justice where seeking Mercy means collaborating with others to correct wrongs together, not as adversaries but as allies with a common love of Justice and Peace (which Jesus and the Holy Spirit represent Collectively).

Living by shared responsibility for Justice and Peace is the meaning of receiving and uniting in Christ Jesus. Where Jesus as Justice lives in us by Conscience. We EMBODY the commitment to Justice and practice what we preach.

Christ Jesus as Restorative Justice involves Forgiveness and Faith in Universal Truth Justice and Peace to govern all humanity.

Only God's/Universal divine Forgiveness can help us to forgive the past so we can even imagine having this level of faith.
