I'm thinking that I should put the turkey in the fridge today...Just a few days left to go!!
Well...Ours is already in the fridge.
I've been busy making centers for truffles.
Coffee/kahlua
Coconut
Brookstone cherry
Raspberry
Raspberry cordial
So far....
9 more varieties to go at least.
2 kinds of blackberry
2 kinds of orange
Candied Orange peels
Caramel varieties (4) pecan, plain, cashew, choc/caramel
Mint
Grasshopper
Might do a Youkon Jack variation...gran marnier with crystalized ginger. Dunno yet.
Lots of fun and love to go around.

Blackberry variations are finis....and I'm tired.
So... going to make some dinner here in a bit. Probably something quick and easy like hamburger helper.

I've got Oat/Honey yeast rolls proofing.
I've got cornbread in the oven for the cornbread dressing.
Green beans for the casserole layed out thawing.
Turkey is on speed thawing. (It's still a rock)
I need to get the taters peeled and mashed today. Another bread made. Yams made ready. And a pumpkin pie baked off. Watergate salad made too.

Hmm,.. cornbread,.. got a lot of possibilities. ;) I think we're having dinner rolls though but I LOVE cornbread!!
