Might do a Youkon Jack variation...gran marnier with crystalized ginger. Dunno yet.

I've got cornbread in the oven for the cornbread dressing.
Green beans for the casserole layed out thawing.
Turkey is on speed thawing. (It's still a rock)
I need to get the taters peeled and mashed today. Another bread made. Yams made ready. And a pumpkin pie baked off. Watergate salad made too.

I think we're having dinner rolls though but I LOVE cornbread!! The cornbread is just for the dressing. I don't use a lot... just enough to flavor and texurize it without overwhelming it with gritty cornmeal.Hmm,.. cornbread,.. got a lot of possibilities.
