Christ is God

I disagree that Christ is God. All those who believe the doctrine that Jesus is God are disbelieving that it was the Only Begotten Son of God that the True God sent to mankind as a ransom sacrifice.

Christ isn't God, John 17:3 shows us that Jesus isn't God but the one who sent him is the Only True God. The scriptures show us that the person who's name is YHWH is the creator and source of all life is the Only True God. John 20:17 shows us that Jesus has a Father and God who is also Jesus Apostles and disciples Father and God. 1John 4:9 shows us that even before the Only Begotten Son of God became human this Scripture states that he is said to be the Only Begotten Son of God. So Jesus didn't become the Only Begotten Son of God when he became human but when the Only Begotten Son of God was in heaven with his Father before becoming human he is stated to be the Only Begotten Son of God. So when John 1:14 states that the Word became flesh(human) it was the Only Begotten Son of God who is the Word who became flesh(human).

John 3:16 has always taught that those who get eternal life are those that believe that YHWH God gave his Only Begotten Son, so that all who exercise faith in him won't be destroyed but instead would get everlasting life.

All who don't exercise faith that God sent his Only Begotten Son to the world of mankind as a ransom sacrifice will not get eternal life.

You sit with a problem then...

I've heard all these you texted before. All those who texted these before I've continued to say and say to you that you're denying it was the only begotten Son of God who came in the flesh/became human. God didn't send himself he sent his Only Begotten Son just as the scriptures say he did. You want to deny that as many others do, so be it, that's your choice.

They weren't necessary Joe, you hit it perfectly. Jesus was the Christ, which means anointed. Who anointed him sir?

Heb_1:9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

Act_10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Isa_61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;...

So Jesus is NOT God?...as to the monogenes...you think Mashiach had a "beginning?"

Mashiach means Christ the Lord or YHWH Christ. Peter explains that God had made Jesus “both Lord and Christ.” (Acts 2:36) So since the scriptures show us that God is YHWH and he is the person who made Jesus both Lord and Christ and since Acts 2:36 is what God inspired men to write down that it was God who made Jesus Lord and Christ, that's what I'm going to believe. So Jesus isn't God he is God's Christ.
