A lot of the shepherds are sleeping thats for sure.Wise words.
I would make the observation that, what puts at risk the camp and all who serve in the name of God and his sovereignty are the Traitors ensconced among us.
Those who condemn the servants who stand ready to oppose any enemy. Those foreign and of the enemies legions. As well as the ones who claim to be one with us but,as Jesus observed of them,inside themselves are ravenous wolves . Opposed to withstanding those committed to our extinction and in as much insist we should concede and accept it while on our knees.
Jesus said,such are worse than an unbeliever.
God is the same yesterday,today,and forever. He does not change.
Imagine a world where Sodom and Gomorrah were allowed to continue and spread their domain across God's Earth.
Wait!
They have.
Imagine a world where members of terrorist pagan faith occupied Christian lands and slaughter those faithful to Christ.
Wait!
They are!
And we're suppose to love that? And them that do that?
And hand Boko Haram our next baby,after they behead the first daughter?
WWJD?
He tells us in the Old Testament. God did not change with the coming of the New.
Eze 34:7
Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
Eze 34:8
As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;
Eze 34:9
Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
Eze 34:10
Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
And they wonder why Deborah had to lead the way.
