Just shaking my head..

When the church was first being formed it was in hostile territory.
A lot of the people were still trying to decide how are they going to survive this new Way?
They had the Religious Authority on one side and Rome's Occupation on the other.
Talk about a rock and a hard place.
Paul sent the churches which were mostly in peoples homes consolation and also directions as to how to live this new way.
They were up against a lot of opposition.
You stepped out of line you were either stoned or crucified or fed to the lions as sport.
And guess what none of those early Christians did. What were those directions Paul gave "as to how to live this new way" and how does it differ from what you and others have stated in this thread?

That was 2000 years ago.
Or perhaps 2 days as the Lord counts time sometimes. A day is as a thousand years.
The world has changed a lot since then.
The Church has grown, it's not the woman in the wilderness ready to give birth, It's already born now.
The foundations have been set.
And today we are building upon that foundation.

Up until 250 years ago, most of Christianity had been under oppression whether by a Pope or a King.
Again, a rock and a hard place.

A lot of these manage to escape and climb aboard ships that would bring them to a new land, a new world.
Where they could live the way Paul had given instructions, and the Bible as it's guide. Both old and new.
They were allowed to have their own bibles, and for the blessing of the printing press was able to hear the Word of God for themselves.
In 1776 America decided in order to have religious freedom from persecution from the Holy See, and be surfs to the King,
they fought a revolution to be Free and have Liberty to live the way the Kingdom of God should manifest itself in the world.
A light on the hill.

Today, we are coming under attack of losing all those things they fought for, traversed the Ocean for, learned to survive in a world they never been.
And this Nation made up of many Christians who fled persecution settled in and learned to defend what God had given them.

Tomorrow there may be no places of worship except those that are allowed. You won't be able to live the Christian life, you will have to bow down and live under other gods.
Your God given Rights will be taken from you. Your freedom will disappear. The Constitution will be no more than kindling for the fire.

All those things that made America great, will be another page in history long gone.

That's why we fight.
Because this country is a gift from God, and we won't let them take it from us.

We will not sell out our birthright like Esau did, just because we are at the brink of death, we will not Die.
We will Live Under God as One Nation, with Liberty and Justice for All.
And we will not compromise.

Too many sacrificed their lives so that we could be free.
And though they went before us, we will meet up again and we will sing the song of Victory!
So, once again, what did Paul say as a requirement for how believers are to live and how does that differ from what you're stating above? Yes, the world has changed, it always will, but does God's Word change or are we free to disagree with it and change it simply because the world changes?

You want to disagree with God's Word, give me warning so I can take cover.

You're the one who made certain claims and I'm trying to get clarification. To simply reply that I "want to disagree with God's Word," is disingenuous and a deflection from answering the questions I asked.

No. We need to help ourselves in worldly events, such is the meaning of so much Scripture: ask, seek, knock, buy a sword, give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, put God first AND all this will be given to you also, etc.

Let's talk about what Jesus said about Caesar, you know the cult about the Caesar dynasty calling themselves gods, keep that in mind.

Mark 12:14 And they came and said to him, “Teacher, we know that you are true and do not care about anyone's opinion. For you are not swayed by appearances, but truly teach the way of God. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not? Should we pay them, or should we not?”
Mark 12:15 But, knowing their hypocrisy, he said to them, “Why put me to the test? Bring me a denarius and let me look at it.”
Mark 12:16 And they brought one. And he said to them, “Whose likeness and inscription is this?” They said to him, “Caesar's.”
Mark 12:17 Jesus said to them, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.” And they marveled at him.

versus

John 18:36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.”

So, keep on promoting fighting teaching the things of Caesar, which are not of the Kingdom of your Saviour.

Not relevant. He will ultimately solve the problem of evil by violently throwing people into the Lake of Fire. He’s destined to be the most violent person of all time and he is our role model.

Just because Jesus didn’t use deadly force one time, doesn’t mean he won’t or we shouldn’t when it is called for - like in establishing a Christian nation.

Agh, Projection! The Islamic Jihadi's can kill in self defense but not the Judeo-Christians.
you actually said something very true when you wrote JESUS is gonna solve the problem of evil by throwing them into the lake of f ire .
Only you have no idea you are supporting that which is gonna bring down the wrath of GOD upon the ungoldy

One might say his kingdom is not of this world but that will change in the future state. He is called "the king of kings" which means a political leader among political leaders - no matter what world.

Not the goal of Christian Nationalism.
Your leader is not Christ, but a political figure who represents the opposite of everything Christianity was meant to stand for.

A man defined by greed, vengeance, and self-interest has become the moral standard for a movement that still insists on calling itself Christian.

What should have been a religion of humility and sacrifice has transformed into an ideology of conquest and resentment in America.
