What is the Christian response to the wasteland we find ourselves in? The situation in the U.S. right now is indeed a wasteland and a republic of chaos. With the compass not set on God, any government, company, family is bound to end up this way.

Now we find ourselves in this situation — the unfathomable has happened. Our country has been handed over to evil forces, and evil seems to reign. (It seemed to reign on Good Friday, too.) I keep thinking about all the unborn babies who won’t see the light of day and the Christians who will be persecuted because Christianity is not welcome here anymore. But lest we become downcast and depressed about the world around us, let us recall these foundational elements of our faith and the promises of Easter.

This is not where we belong.

We are to be in the world but not of it. Our homeland is not the U.S. or this world or this time (though we were “chosen for such a time as this”) — but we are destined for our heavenly homeland, the eternal Jerusalem, made possible by Our Resurrected Lord.

God hears every prayer and never breaks His promises.

He warned us that we would be persecuted because of His name. But if we endure, the Kingdom is ours! Every prayer will bring merit in some way

The church needs to hunker down and start thinking about .22 and 24 accept that DJT is gone but his ideas are still marching on. I would like to hear Republicans talking a great deal more about the achievements of the last 4 years which have been considerable.

That way whatever they do to Trump now can be reversed and he can receive the honour he deserves.

I am not a fan of Mr. Trump... but I absolutely have sincere motives in asking this question to you... ( I am simply curious to know )..I will not respond with my thoughts... and I promise this is not a trap or set up to argue... as I have learned my opinion on this matter and issue is null and void. I simply want to know... coming from someone who believes he did good.... What exactly do you see as his legacy?? What has he done to make America great?

One of his greatest achievements is he did the things he said he would or at least did his best. He secured the southern border, I see the caravans are already starting up again in anticipation of the Democrats. His foreign policy has been brilliant. Draining the swamp was always going to take longer than 4 years but he made a start. His trade agreements.

His law and order policies have been straight down the line ... no racism.

This is all a test of our faith. Don't waiver, put your armor on, it's a spiritual war. Satan has the reign for a short period of time. "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 He also said there would be persecution. Why do we think we would be excused from that. He said He would not subject us to His wrath, but that comes in the seven bowls down the line. We have to persevere through the storm.

Removing 25,000 pages worth of regulation from the Federal Register. Obama added 16,000.

Lowering taxes, reducing regulation, allowing business to flourish.

Breaking Obamacare.

It goes on and on.
