I suppose refusing to answer is an answer of a kind, but you nonetheless suppressed the information related to torture, earlier. I'm not saying that you have to tell me, or anything, and I don't mean this to pressure you; I'm saying that I wouldn't accuse others of suppressing information when you, yourself, are unwilling to provide information in support of your points, even when asked.Asked and answered.
What you really want is my acceptance of your POV and you're not going to get it.
Secondly, you continue to ignore the fact that I mentioned Christian and capitalist societies which have imprisoned, tortured, and executed people for their religious beliefs.
Okay: Tyrannical governments which are communist in name only and are not run by actual principles of communism reflect no more upon communism as a philosophy than The Spanish Inquisition or Klu Klux Klan reflect upon the Christian faith. If you have a point to make, do it.
As I requested, can we please keep this debate civil? I understand if you disagree with me, and I can accept that, but there's simply no need for this. I'm not even sure what you're saying I'm "whining" about, or how you can justify making unfair arguments when accusing others of suppressing information. There's simply no need for the way this is phrased, either. I have been cordial and polite, and I don't see any need for you to tell me to "Eat it," or that I am "whining."Not denied or ignored any facts I've presented?
Then why are you still whining about it?
Not fair to Communism? Too bad. Eat it.
I disagree. It's a fallacious tautology to say "my argument is true because it is true," without backing it up. You've demonstrated, and I haven't argued, that there have been tyrannical governments which call themselves communist. From here, you have not been able to demonstrate why this means that communism is necessarily tyrannical.Communism=tryanny
Wait, what? Your proof that communism = tyranny is that I don't think communism is tyranny? That doesn't even make sense, really. How does me not calling something tyranny make it tyranny?Cases in point are constant and consistant attacks against capitalism, democracy, Christianity and the statements made in fact and personal testimony.
Your refusal to admit to the truth of anything I've written is another example.
