It sounds to me that he is not saying that Daniel is wrong but the content of Daniel message is wrong. It sounds as though the messanger of God (Gabriel) is wrong.Gabriel said that these is seventy weeks determined for jerusalem.If there are more than seventy weeks determined then GABRIEL is wrong. I don,t think so.

No, that is not what I said. The interpretations of what the 70 wks are have not been known correctly for God said the book was sealed from chapter 7-12. If God says it is sealed till the END of the AGE of Man, and would be opened up then, Then Man has been deceived thinking he has had the insight all this time, that is the way it is. Daniel 9:24 Seventy sevens are decreed FOR YOUR PEOPLE AND THE HOLY CITY TO FINISH TRANSGRESSIONS, TO PUT AN END TO SIN, TO ATONE FOR WICKEDNESS, TO BRING IN EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS, TO SEAL UP VISION AND PROPHECY AND TO ANOINT THE MOST HOLY. 1. for anyone to say they know what these 70 sevens that are decreed against Israel and Jerusalem are, have not spoken truth, for God doesn't tell us what they are, and it has been sealed, man has not spoken accurately by saying it is certain dates of events that have taken place with Israel, etc. 2. This is an END TIME PROPHECY, as in these 70 sevens decreed the sins of Israel will be ended and atoned for just as the words in that verse say it. This has not happened yet, nor have they had the full atonement that has to come for their wickedness finished up, though Isaiah 27 speaks of this time called the atonement Daniel 9:24 is speaking of and in Isaiah 27:9 God says: "By this Jacob's guilt will be atone for and this will be the FULL FRUITAGE OF THE REMOVAL OF HIS SIN. 3. When this atonement is finished up Everlasting righteousness which is Christ will be brought in, to seal up vision and prophecy for our Lord will be reigning upon the earth. For anyone to say these verses mean anything other than exactly what they say in not correct, the 70 7's are not known to any of us, but they have to do with Isaiah 27's description of what God has declared as the price they have to pay to atone for their sins, since they refused Christ. Be thankful you are under the blood for Isaiah's vision in chapter 27 is not good for them. Hope this helped you understand where I stand on these verses and will not take them any other way then how they are being spoken and no guessing to what the 70 sevens are, whether they are day, weeks, but they have every thing to do with the END and every lasting righteousness, Christ coming back. I don't usually read other books, that take away my study of God's Word. In these end times, there are more writers giving their opinions of Scripture, in any case the reader should test all things with God's Word.The Bible is God's Plan for man, the more we read it the more we understand, we can discern types and anti-types easier, the visions and messages given to the prophets, by God and His Messengers, varifiy God's Plan even more.The Prophetic Clock has not stopped, it won't until the God's Weeks of Seventy are fulfilled, after Christ Jesus' return and the 1000 year reign with our King Jesus, all of God's Appointed Times, will be fulfilled as written in His Word.First you have to understand that we've been thrown a curve, by early first and second century dogma, set by the popes in Rome, as they grew in world power over the Christian Eastern churches, which was one reason for the split between the Greek and Roman popes and chuches. By the time of the Protestant Reformation, the world was set in the dogma and decrees instituted by Rome, the Reformation could not overturn. From the first century onward, the Julian calendar was the norm, it became necessary in 1582 to adjust the calendar and the Gregorian calendar was put into use, but not right away by all countries. The other change made by a Roman pope and king, in 313 A.D. by Constantine, was the changing of the Rest day, or Sabbath Day of Saturday, to Sunday for Christians to Rest on, based on the Roman pagan gods, and Roman world trade at the time.They had nothing to do with the times and seasons set by God, the counting of time set by God, for His Appointed Times. If we remember from Scripture, it was God who told Moses, it was 430 years, His choosen people were in bondage, (to the day !) What did God decree to Moses then? Before the Laws were given?God decreed, "This for you is your first month, the month of Abib" Can we assume that God is counting too? He surly kept track of 430 years, why not set Moses straight, so when the Sabbath Laws were given, the counting of weeks and months and Sabbath years, would have a starting point in God's Appointed Times. From the first exile to the second exile, they counted the Sabbath's, except for one reason or another they never observed a Jubilee Year.It was in the message to Daniel, from God, through His messenger, Daniel was told of the Seventy Weeks. For over 1900 years, biblical scholars have tried to understand the message, and decrees in it. But they failed to see, it's not the decrees of earthly king, but the Decrees of God Almighty. The anwser was given to Daniel because of his prayer, (Read it !) and the Appointed Times of God.It deals with His Holy City, the Temple, the people, the Law, and times set by God. Which pointed to the first advent of Christ, from His birth to death on the cross, as the Lamb of God. And to the destruction of the Temple, putting an end to that system of sacrifice for sins, in 70 A.D. The time period, from 7 B.C. to 70 A.D. is 77 years, the middle of this week of years is 38.5 years from the message given to Mary, in the month of Abib, during the Passover Feast Week, a time set by God, and attested to by the sun and moon.A year when the sun and new moon, after the spring equinox, where the month of Abib started with it's first day of the month on the fifth day of the week, a Thursday. (this month [OCT, 09] is an example of that Abib 31 A.D.) It's the symbolic month as told to Moses, for the first Passover, it's the reason for counting weeks, and Sabbath years. And the reason of counting the Seventy Weeks to the second Advent of Christ Jesus.God's decrees were given in the Law, to Moses, and carried on with Joshua, when after 38.5 years Joshua entered the Promised Land, and the counting of years resumed from the first Passover, then the reason of counting seven Sabbath years, the fortyninth being a Holy Sabbath, the next year the fiftieth year being a High Holy year, a Jubilee year, a year of the Lord's favor.Then from the giving of the Law, each Jubilee being every fifty years, two in one hundred years. It's easy to see, that Seventy Jubilees, is equal to 3500 years. It was 1400 years from Joshua to Christ Jesus' birth, thats 28 Jubilee's. Remember it did not matter if the people observed the Jubilees, because Heaven and Earth would observe them. As it's written.Thats where the counting of Jewish calendar years were overlooked by the popes of Rome, when they tried to determine the birth of Jesus, and set the day of the Crucifixion on a Friday. The Roman calendar was for pagan feasts, and had nothing to do with God's appointed times. They lost sight of true facts, and the very words of the prophets. It's the Jewish calendar that has counted the years successively. The Appointed Times of God, have been observed year after year. As have the New Moons, that keep step with the stars. God appointed and named the first month, Abib for it's uniqueness, being the first New Moon, after the equinox the nights and daylight hours are equal for God's Appointed, symbolic month would repeat with the progression of the stars and planets, that He Set In Place. It is a month, of Seventy weeks, where the fourth days of the week in this month are seventy. The numbered days of the month being 7, 14, 21, & 28, fall in the middle of the week. The 10th day of the month falls on the seventh day of the week, a Rest day making it a High Holy Sabbath day. Remember the first Passover, was before sunset the start of the fourteenth day, on the thirdteenth day of the month, which falls after the weeks of 62, which are the second days of the weeks in this symbolic month, counted (Mondays) 5, 12, 19, & 26; equal = ? Is it any wonder then that Jesus was Cut Off at the Appointed Time, from the message given to Daniel, and as written in Psalms 22, the Annointed One, the Lamb of God, followed everything written in the Law, the Psalms, the Prophets, fortold by Our Father too.The popes in Rome, over looked the message to Daniel, and did not understand the Appointed Times of God, they set their own appointed times, decreed by Papal Bulls, to the point of death if not followed. For this same reason, Polycarp and Polycreates were murdered. They were Old Eastern church leaders, that had been taught by the Apostles, they were following the customs of the Early Christian Fathers, which opposed the dogma of the Western church bishops and popes.When I read the Gospels and Letters to the churches, from the Apostles and early church leaders, I read a hint of warning in the message, the vision to John by the Lamb of God, seals the warnings that much firmer against the Western church in Rome, in Revelations. Are we so dull not to see it? We are the generation that has seen the Olive Tree, sprout leaves in 1948, do we still ask "Why has it taken so long for Christ to return"? If we can't see God's Appointed Times, and count the Times correctly, then we are missing the message of God's Plan, the last half of the Creation Week, from the giving of the Law to Moses, is Seventy times the Jubilee years. Of 3500 years, ( 70 x 50 = 3500) consider this, as it is written, "One Day with the Lord is as a thousand years", when Christ Jesus returns he will be two days older. While we have seen two thousand years go past, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand it, but it helps. It was one of Albert Einstein's theory's. If we understand all knowledge is God given, to scientists, how much more a message given to a Prophet in exile? We were not eyewitness to biblical accounts, we believe from what is written, and taught by Christ, not by men who write from their prospective of things.
