I think it is simply that it takes one to recognize one. Mostly your lucid exegesis of the scriptures, a rarity these days. I met some other guy here from the Way. He was also around in the 70s.

But all of our Bibles say you're wrong. Should we believe you or our Christian Bible?

I did allow for the possibility that Matthew 28:19 in our modern Bibles was correct. I said it was not totally clear though. According to textual criticism, that is a fact.

Let's assume it is correct. I gave 6 verses that said the Apostles baptized in the name of Jesus only. What do you make of that?

And why does simply naming three people somehow make them one?
