Nearly 40 Democrats join bid to bar Trump from serving as president
Nearly 40 Democrats have joined Rep. David Cicilline's effort to bar Donald Trump from taking office again, using a portion of the 14th Amendment meant for ex-Confederates.
All Democrats and most Republicans should be required to take a college cource titled ....."The US Constitution.
Amendment 14 doesn't apply. The circus January 6th Committee doesn't apply.
