I've not bothered to seek this out but perhaps others know.

To my limited understanding, the calendar of days for first century Judaism was different than the calendar of the Gentiles.

Jesus was entombed for 3 days and 3 nights.

What constitutes a full day, according to the Hebrew calendar?

I think we have to start there to answer this question.

If this has already occurred please forgive my post. But, feel free to reiterate the former answer so that I am aware. Thank you.

The wisest thought you ever had! Every full day (according to the whole Bible) starts sundown and ends sundown. That is it.

FRIDAY EVENING : “Three days”, “the third day” of: BEGINNING: Luke 23:50-56b “THEY BEGAN TO REST THE SABBATH according to the (Fourth) Commandment” “The third day I RISE” “The third day I FINISH”. NO Women, NO Man = “the next day that followed”: Matthew 27: “62 Now the next day, that followed the Day of the Preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate, 63Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again. 64Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first. 65Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can. 66So they went, and made the sepulchre sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch, 28:1however, in the end of the Sabbath, late, as it began to dawn toward the First Day of the week and Mary Magdalene and the other Mary set out to see the sepulchre, 2behold, there was a great earthquake! For the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and cast back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. 3His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: 4And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men, 5answered and explained the angel.” Three Women “after the Sabbath was over”: Mark 16: “1 And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James and Salome, bought sweet spices so that they might come and anoint Him.” Visits at the tomb “on the First Day” 1) “Mary sees the stone removed”, “while being early darkness still”, dusk. Then Peter and John go to the tomb to see what Mary has told them. (Jn20:1-10) 2) “Earliest morning- darkness”, just after midnight, “the two women” (variant – the two Marys), “and certain others with them”, for the first time, “came to the sepulchre, bringing the spices they had prepared”. (Lk24:1) “They returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.” (“Then Peter stood up and ran to the tomb; and bending low over, he saw the linen clothes. He went back, wandering by himself about that what had happened.” (Lk24:9-12) Cf. John's account in 20:1-10. Luke talks of another visit by Peter, because for one thing, he doesn't mention John.) 3) These women to make sure, a second time came to the tomb “very early before sunrise”. (Mk16:2) 4) Mary from after the others had fled in fear (Mk16:8) “had had stood after without at the grave” (Jn20:11). At the time a gardener should begin work, about sunrise, Jesus “early … first appeared to Mary”. (Mk16:9) 5) Soon after – after they a third time have visited the tomb and “the angel explained” to them what had happened during the Resurrection – Jesus appears to the other women “as they went to tell his disciples”. (Mt28:5, 9) Mary went to the tomb, three times, Jn20:1, Lk24:1, Mk16:2, and Mk16:9 when she “had remained standing behind” until, Jn
20:11, Jesus appeared to her, “first”, Mk16:9, and alone, “at the grave”, Jn20:16. The other women also went to the tomb, three times, Lk24:1, Mk16:2, and Mt28:5 when “the angel explained” to them what had happened during the Resurrection, and Jesus, as “they went to tell his disciples”, appeared to them. (Mt28:5, 9)

No Gospel says the Last Supper was a Passover meal.
John nowhere says the Last Supper was the day before Passover
This is from Luke 22:

7 Then came the day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. 8 Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.”

9 “Where do you want us to prepare for it?” they asked.

10 He replied, “As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters, 11 and say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ 12 He will show you a large room upstairs, all furnished. Make preparations there.”

13 They left and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover.

14 When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. 15 And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer."

John 18:28 says:

Then the Jewish leaders took Jesus from Caiaphas to the palace of the Roman governor. By now it was early morning, and to avoid ceremonial uncleanness they did not enter the palace, because they wanted to be able to eat the Passover.

Jesus died on a Wednesday. I created this video to show this from scripture.

Wasnt the passover , celebrated in the month of nisan and on a particular day ,
i think the fourteenth or fifteenth .
And if one missed the first month they could and had to do it in the second month on same said day .
YES there is a reason i write this .
Most folks assume because it says sabbath day that this means fri
however THEY had several celebrations they called HIGH sabbath days , LIKE passover and first fruits and etc .
NOW the passover was on a specific day of the first month .
and that DAY was not gonna be the same every year . THUS it is quite possible he was crucified not on fri
but rather perhaps on thursday . WHATEVER the day was , IT WAS THE PASSOVER DAY
which is the fifteenth or fourteenth i cant remember which without looking it up .
SO i suppose one could retace history and find out what Actaul day it did fall on .

Jesus died on a Wednesday. I created this video to show this from scripture.

I have seen many many videos proving Jesus died on Wednesday, Thursday etc. Lots of hard work but they are all wrong biblically and culturally.

1. Jews considered any part of a day as a day when speaking colloquially. So when Jesus said He would be dead for three days it works out like this:

Friday- death at c. 3PM to sundown Friday--day one .
Saturday- from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday in the tomb--day two
Sunday- from sundown Saturday to His resurrection on Sunday before full sunrise--day three. We know He rose on Sunday for they went to the tomb on the first day of the week which was and is Sunday.

Now to the day8 He died.

Passover is an 8 day holy day in Israel called Pesach. It combines the passover and the 7 days of the feast of unleavened bread.

Jesus ate the Passover on the eve of Passover (the night before the daylight of Passover after sundown. Also we know from Scripture that the Pharisees sought to kill the three crucified before the Sabbath because that Sabbath was a high Sabbath. (Start of unleavened bread)

John 19:31
The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

What was the preparation? Many would say it was the slaughtering of the lambs for the Passover meal, but that is not true. the lambs were slaughtered on Wednesday and Thursday so people could cook and eat the Passover on after sundown.

So what is the preparation. It simply was the preparation of the house for the feast of unleavened bread.

The Feast (or Festival) of Unleavened Bread (Chag HaMatzot) lasted for a full week, from Nissan 15 to Nissan 22. The first day of Unleavened Bread coincided with the day of Passover. Because of the close relation between Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the whole week was sometimes referred to as “Passover.” The two holidays were (and still are) considered a single celebration. This explains John 18:28. The Jewish leaders had already eaten the Passover proper, but there still remained other sacrifices to be made and meals to be eaten. They were unwilling to defile themselves (Pilate’s palace contained leaven) because it would disqualify them from participating in the remainder of the week’s ceremonies (see Leviticus 23:8).

28 Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.

This was not the Passover Seder but the other meals of the eight day fest of Pesach!

so from all these clues both from Scripture and known and common Jewsih culture of the day we know that Jesus died on Passover proper and rose on Sunday- thus the 3 days.

So Jesus was risen before the first day of the week Sunday, the books says it was still dark.

So indeed Jesus was risen before the First Day of the week Sunday, the Book says Mary saw Jesus who, she thought, was the gardener (who had come to work), as He from somewhere within the garden, approached her where she "had had stood after" at the tomb, John 20:11-17. Mark 16:9 says it was "early on the First Day"--sunup when a gardener was supposed to begin his work--that Jesus "as the risen, appeared to Mary M. first". So Jesus "was risen" before sunup "early on the First Day of the week".

But indeed, Jesus was risen before sunup "early on the First Day of the week" -- at least 6 hours before! Because Luke 24:1-2 recorded how Mary M and the other women "deepest of morning after midnight", had come to the tomb with spices prepared for to anoint the body which they thought was still in the tomb, "but the body they found not"---because Jesus was risen before the First Day of the week Sunday, as the Book says!

So indeed, Jesus was risen before sunup "early on the First Day of the week", and at least 12 hours before! Because John 20:1,2 recorded how Mary Magdalene alone on her own and before anyone else, "comes, sees the stone cast away from the tomb, then runs back", present action "it being still early of dark dusk the First Day of the week" that began sundown Saturday vespers---because Jesus was risen before the First Day of the week Sunday, as the Book says!

So ultimately Jesus was risen at least 15 hours before sunup "early on the First Day of the week" because Matthew 28:1-4 recorded how "Mary Magdalene and the other Mary, just as they had "set out to go have a look at the grave late on the Sabbath mid-afternoon THERE WAS A GREAT EARTHQUAKE and the angel cast the stone off from the grave. . ." and Jesus ROSE FROM THE DEAD, "as He had said while He lived, THE THIRD DAY, I RISE! ... WHICH DAY WAS THE DAY AFTER THE PREPARATION", of course "the Sabbath Day of the week being in the daylight inclining towards the First Day of the week."

Because of this Divine Scripture truth the whole Christian Church for more than a century now HAS BEEN UNITED as never in history before in its endeavor to DESTROY IT, AND COVER UP THE GREATEST LIE THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN, THE SATANIC UNTRUTH THAT Christ rose from the dead on SUNDAY.

It has been taught that Jesus died on Good Friday and rose early Sunday morning. As a result of this teaching, man instituted the holiday called Easter. On Easter Sunday you have Christians, world wide paying tribute to a day, in which they believe Jesus, was resurrected. In researching the scriptures one will find that the whole concept of Jesus dying on a Friday and being resurrected on Sunday is contrary to the bible itself. In other words, this tradition directly contradicts the word of God. This lesson will examine the history of Easter, and then investigate the Bible concerning the death and resurrection of Jesus.

Easter Created By Man

Before we get into the death and resurrection of Jesus we need to address history of Easter itself. We will also take a look at the symbols of Easter: rabbits and eggs. What does rabbits and eggs have to do with the birth of Jesus? Furthermore, when did rabbits start laying eggs? Additionally, we will look at the history of Easter sunrise service, lilies, candles, and hot crossed buns. If you research Easter in most encyclopedias, you will see that Easter has many customs and legends that are pagan in origin and have absolutely nothing to do with Christianity.
Easter was named after Eostre (sometimes spelled Eastre), the great Anglo-Saxon goddess of spring, fertility, and new life. Similar Teutonic dawn goddesses of fertility were known variously as Ostare, Ostara, Ostern, Eostra, Eostur, Eastra, Eastur, Austron and Ausos. Her name was derived from the ancient word for spring: "eastre." Thus it is easy to see how "Eastre time" became "Easter time".
Easter Sunday falls on the first Sunday after the first full moon after March 20th, the nominal date of the Vernal (sometimes referred to as spring) Equinox. This is the day (or period of days) in spring when the days and nights are of approximately equal length. This is a time of celebrating new life, the resurrection of nature from the dead, and it has typically featured fertility rites, merrymaking, and usually centers on orgiastic sexual activities. In ancient times there were the sacrificing of virgins, the worship of fertility gods and goddesses.

Pascha (Greek: Πάσχα), also called Easter, is the feast of the Resurrection of the Lord. Pascha is a transliteration of the Greek word, which is itself a transliteration of the Aramaic pascha, from the Hebrew pesach meaning Passover. A minority of English-speaking Orthodox prefer the English word "Pasch."

The Mystery Of The Egg Laying Easter Rabbit

Since ancient times, pagans have worshipped rabbits as sex and fertility gods, and have looked upon them as symbols of lust, sexual vigor and reproduction. Let's take a look at some examples.

In the traditions of Egypt and Persia there are such rabbit gods and they were particularly honored during spring. The symbols of the Norse Goddess Ostara were the hare and the egg. Both represented fertility. Dyed eggs also formed part of the rituals of the Babylonian mystery religions. Eggs were sacred to many ancient civilizations and formed an integral part of religious ceremonies in Egypt and the Orient.

Dyed eggs were hung in Egyptian temples, and the egg was regarded as the emblem of regenerative life proceeding from the mouth of the great Egyptian god. The Orphic legend of the origin of the Universe has the Earth being hatched out of an enormous egg. In a broad range of pagan societies, from Egypt and Mesopotamia to the British Isles, brightly-decorated eggs were (and still are) presented as gifts and charms to bring (supernaturally) fertility and sexual success each spring.

The Easter sunrise service, that is practiced in many Christian churches, can be traced back to the ancient pagan custom of welcoming the sun god at the vernal equinox - when daytime is about to exceed the length of the nighttime. It was a time to celebrate the return of life and reproduction to animal and plant life as well. Worship of the sun god at sunrise is the religious ritual condemned by the Lord as recorded in Ezekiel 8:15-18.

Ezekiel 8:14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD'S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.

Ezekiel 8:15-18 Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these. And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose. Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.

Your account of history is incomplete.

Christians do not celebrate the sun...they alternatively adapted the celebration of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection on those day now referred to as "Easter." As Christ has overcome the world--so have Christians overcome former pagan practices that no longer have meaning, but have been replaced with celebrations of God and Christ.

Why do you not believe that Christ has overcome the world?

The same (Greek) words in the correct Greek-logical, historical-passover-contextual order---
"Then came the day of Unleaven - 'a-dzumos' " - No Greek word 'bread' - "on which the Passover (lamb) always had to be sacrificed. 8 Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and make for us (the) preparation ready (in view of My, Jesus', day) to (experientially, spiritually) Eat (be), the Passover" Lamb of God which always had to be killed on "the Day-of-Unleaven / day leaven shall be taken out of your houses/land".
