Revelation 20:5 is post everything regarding the end. It would be premil, not pre-trib. Revelation 20:4-5 is a resurrection after all of Adam's flesh is dead. If Revelation 19 was the Second Coming, which it is not, then this resurrection would be post the end.I really do not get your point here Tim. I do know however that parts of scripture has been deliberately altered in the past during at least the 2nd Century AD to suit a futurist view of the last days of things. One example is Rev 20:5a. This was a later insertion and not found in the earliest texts of any language. It supports the pre-trib futurist view.
There is no first or second chronological resurrection in Revelation 20. A first resurrection is a type, being physical. This resurrection is physical to live on the earth for 1,000 years with Christ. The second death is spiritual, forever separated from God.
