Christ has many names, and one name is known only to Himself
So it's a secret name, known only to God.
We don't get to know everything, we can only know what He shares to us.
And maybe it's in a script that only God can read.

Christ on a White Horse

11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He [e]had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in [f]fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a [g]sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS.

Do some of the Scriptural Truths offend you?

None, that are truths.

But there are many falsehoods taught from the Bible that offend even God.

There are things many believe from passages in the Bible that are read out of context, and the passages on their own are misunderstood. I really hate seeing those taught as if doctrine, that others should believe. And worse, there really are things that were put into translations of the Bible, that were not there, and those are even being taught, as Scripture.

The truth is based on not how offended you are or your status in society. The truth is based on God , what he says is good or bad he's point of view not us. We humans get it wrong, don't live by offense people ! Live and put your judgements racism, and other prejudice aside and do his will and be his servant. Don't live by your rules of what your offended. Here people want to be offended for what they see int the television or the news change the channel, change the channel please and you can change it and avoid that.

Better put aside your offenses and want to be offended all the time for everything you see it won't get you no where. Apology to you all and please stop being offended for the leavs, the television, pr something else God doesn't want you to be offended he wants you to love and do his will and I assure being offended and complainign and hope you get someone in trouble. Is not what God is refering to love or his will.

Do the Scriptural Truths offend me?

Not the scriptures themselves, but the interpretation of scriptures offends me sometimes. For example, I am offended with the Reformed/Calvinistic teachings about the nature of my Father.

If any of these Scriptural Truths offend you …
you just simply have NOT been taught the Truth about these things!
Under each Scriptural Truth is one or more proofs from the NT.

1 ● The original Trinity was God the Father, God the Word, and God the Holy Spirit
God the Son was not there! This should be obvious from John 1:1

2 ● Jesus, the Son of God, was NOT in heaven prior to the Incarnation
Jesus, the Son of God, had NOT been born yet (see point 3)

3 ● Jesus was called “the Son of God” because God “created Him”
God the Holy Spirit “created” Jesus in Mary’s womb … Matthew 1:18-21, Luke 1:35
God the Word became flesh/human/Jesus … John 1:14

4 ● God sees all of us as being evil, born with an inherited sin nature
Our basic nature is evil … even though most of us surely are not 100% evil.
Jesus said to His 12 disciples, “If you then, being evil …” (Matthew 7:11)
He also said to the Pharisees that they were evil (Matthew 12:34)
And He said the whole generation of people was evil (Matthew 12:39)
Paul often talked about “this evil world” in his letters to the churches.
“… the old sinful nature within us is against God …” (Romans 8:7)
Also see Romans 3:9-18, 5:12, 8:7.
Important: All of this is why God does NOT owe anyone in the human race anything!

5 ● Humans are UNABLE to believe in Jesus and the Gospel without God’s help
Many reasons are given for this in the NT, with the 2 major ones being:
--- man is born with an inherited sin nature which is against God … see point 4 above.
--- man is hindered by Satan and his demons … e.g. Eph. 6:12, 2 Tim. 2:26, 1 Pet. 5:8
Jesus said it is impossible to believe without God … Luke 18:25-27
Jesus said man is unable to believe without God’s help … John 6:44, John 6:65
God gives people to Jesus … John 6:37, 6:39
God has to draw people to Jesus … John 6:44
God has to grant permission to come to Jesus … John 6:65
God gives faith to believe … Acts 3:16 (LB), Acts 16:14, 2 Peter 1:1 (NLT), Jude 3 (NLT)

6 ● The baptism with the Holy Spirit is a different experience than being born-again
When born-again -- the Holy Spirit comes INSIDE
John 14:16-23, Romans 8:11, 1 Cor. 3:16, Gal. 4:6, 2 Tim. 1:14, 1 John 3:24 and 4:12-16
(This is done by the Holy Spirit, baptizing people into the church … 1 Corinthians 12:13).
When baptized with the Holy Spirit -- the Holy Spirit comes UPON
Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4-8, Acts 2:1-4, Acts 8:14-19, Acts 10:44-46, Acts 11:15-17, Acts 19:6
(This is done by Jesus Himself … Matthew 3:11, Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16, John 1:33).
▪ The evidence (proof) of receiving this baptism is speaking at least a few words in tongues.
▪ In the 7 NT verses above, all of the following are linked to the baptism with the Holy Spirit …
the promise, the gift, laying on of hands, upon, filled, prophecy, (spiritual) power,
tongues, boldness, healing, miracles.
▪ IMO, Smith Wigglesworth was the greatest healing evangelist since the NT apostles.
He said, “If you don’t have the baptism with the Holy Spirit, you are living in a weak and
impoverished condition.” >>>>
Note the persistent widow (Luke 18), and Matthew 7:7-8.

7 ● To be “filled with the Holy Spirit” refers to the baptism with the Holy Spirit
▪ Perhaps the best proof is … John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Spirit while
in his mother’ womb (Luke 1:15), so obviously it has nothing to do with being born again!
▪ When John’s parents were filled with the Holy Spirit, they prophesied (Luke 1:41-45, 1:67).
▪ On the day of Pentecost, “they were all filled with the Holy Spirit
and began to speak with other tongues …” (Acts 2:4).
▪ After Ananias laid his hands on Paul, he was filled with the Holy Spirit and
immediately he could see again -- after being blind for 3 days (Acts 9:17-18).

8 ● If we take the mark of the beast, we will go to hell – guaranteed!
When the Antichrist comes into power … we will experience great pressure
to receive the mark of the beast (on our right hand or on our forehead),
and we will be expected to worship the image of the beast! If we do either of
these things, we will be tormented with fire and burning sulphur forever and ever!
See Revelation 13:15-17, 14:9-11, 20:4. This mark will be necessary to live as before
(buying and selling, etc.) … so we need to be well prepared with food, water, etc.
#1. What do you mean the son wasn't there? John 1:2 "He was with God in the very beginning." Who do you think "He" is?

John 1:14 tells us: "And the word became flesh and dwelt among us."

Re: Jesus was called “the Son of God” because God “created Him”

Born-again Christians are described as God's handiwork. (2Cor 5:17, Gal 6:15,
Eph 2:10, Eph 4:24, Col 3:9-10)

Whereas Jesus is described as God's offspring. (John 1:14, John 1:18,
John 3:16, John 3:18, 1John 4:9)

So then, Jesus is God's paternal son whereas born-again Christians are God's
adopted sons. (Rom 8:15, Gal 4:5, Eph 1:5)

Re: Jesus was called “the Son of God” because God “created Him”

There is a bit of confusion relative to Jesus' ties to God. For one: before any
man can be considered for David's throne, they must first be one of his
paternal descendants; and that's on oath.

Ps 132:11 . .The Lord has sworn in truth unto David; and He will not turn
from it: "Of the fruit of your body will I set upon your throne"

The new testament verifies that Jesus satisfies the paternal requirement.

Acts 2:29-30 . . Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the
patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulcher is with us
unto this day. Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn
with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he
would raise up Christ to sit on his throne.

Rom 1:1-3 . . Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David
according to the flesh

The Greek word for "seed" is a mite ambiguous because it can refer to
spiritual progeny as well as biological progeny; but in David's case; seed
refers to biological progeny because Jesus was 1) the fruit of David's body
and 2) of David's loins according to the flesh.

So then, seeing as how Jesus was David's paternal descendant, then of
course Jesus was Adam's paternal descendant too because we all, including
David, descend from a common ancestor.

Gen 3:20 . . Adam named his wife Eve, because she would become the
mother of all the living.

Acts 17:26 . . He made from one, every nation of mankind to live on all
the face of the earth.
