This story proves that Rahab had faith in them and that her faith was a saving faith because she did the work of faith not believing with no obedience.

God did not send anyone to him because of his works. He sent them to him because of his faith.

salvation is by grace through faith. not of works..

What about doing the "work" of confessing with the mouth as did the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8 and as required by Romans 10:9? What's the difference? Both are required for salvation, but you accept one and reject the other? Why?

Being created "in Christ" (meaning you've already been saved and have been baptized into the body of Christ), for good works is different than so-called "works" as others here reference the term and the subject of the controversy, which works are done prior to and a requirement of salvation such as are the things I've made mention of, like baptism, or confession of belief. The goods works done subsequent to becoming a Christian are the result of your faith as James makes note of.
