Do you see your respective fellowships as being optional, or absolutely necessary for your (and others) spiritual well being. What is the frequency of your attendance? Are there valid reasons why someone would not meet frequently? What are the dangers of abandoning ones meeting?

Since March 2020, when our church LOCKED its doors (oooh, COVID), and didn’t open them for over a year, I have not returned. Tried Zoom meetings—awful. Then our church veered left, and that was that.

Does participation in this forum count for something? How about watching better services on the internet? How about listing to audio sermons (Truth for Life podcasts)? Ok, probably not the same, per the Apostle Paul.

Hi Bob,

I've heard a lot of congragations suffered with a fall away of believers and after so long many have not returned. In relation to Paul's reference he would be speaking to the memorials (bread & wine) and the regular fellowship in community. You would get some of that here but not all.

Maybe there is a body nearby you can get back into?
