Does false teaching, even though a firm belief, lead that person into harsher judgement when it is time?

We all know there are so many churches who teach and preach differently then their counterparts down the road.

What will be the outcome of those alleged " teachers" and "preachers" and "priests" who lead their flock astray with things that are contrary to the written "Word"?

Things like infant baptism and the like

Do you think they will get an automatic pass into heaven because they feel like they have been called by God?
