Reading the Bible, of itself, doesn't make anyone stupid. Reading from the flesh profits nothing. Reading with the Holy Spirit's help can make a person wise unto salvation.

I think stupid people who read the Bible get stupider if they insist on transposing their stupid paradigm onto the Bible.

The word of God, is where God's wisdom is found, so learning this makes you more like Him, and He's not stupid.
