Does Satan run the world? Or does God?

The original question was about whether or not the world is run by Satan or God. It is "run" by neither. God allows the world to run on it's own until he chooses to intervene. The world wouldn't be so cruel if it wasn't a test.

Salvation is given once.

Eternal Result : = Born ... Again. "In Christ".. .'"One with God".... "seated in heavenly places".... having become "the Temple of the Holy Spirit".

That is not 1611 KJV biblical.
If you believe that ...then why did God give us unlimited times of sin forgiveness? etc..such as ...why did God warn...do not allow man to cause you to lose your crowns...sinful world.
Further, why does God warn us about the company we associate with/keep?
Further, surely you do not suggest we do not sin after repenting and baptism...born again? etc...many.

God allows . correct my friend .
As far as the world would be so cruel ................
WHY is it so cruel . And whose fault it is that it is so .
The world was wonderful and good on the day God created it
and GOD created man .
DID HE NOT warn man to NOT EAT OF THE TREE .
HE did .
When man disobeys GOD nothing good cometh .
