So you think everything prior to this has now happened in Revelation?Things are shaping up!
Revelation 13:7 (NKJV)
[sup]7 [/sup]And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
Are you Preterist? The rise of the Nation of Israel from the dead marks this generation as THE LAST.So you think everything prior to this has now happened in Revelation?
Of course you don't. You wouldn't dare say any of the seven trumpet judgement have happened, would you?
This is another example of picking and choosing scripture.
Ever wonder why folks that do as you do have been doing this for centuries and are always... wrong?
Every generation has folks that do this. They'll take a snippet here, a snippet there, and say we're in the last days. They're always wrong.
They don't think that, "Maybe it's because I'm taking a snippet here and a snippet there"...
No, it's actually not. Every generation since the time of Christ has thought they were in the "last days".We are definately in the last days, God and the scriptures are clear about that.
Nonsense. 5 soldiers get killed, and it's news.but the world has not seen anything like our time.
The nation in the Middle East is NOT the Israel of the Bible. I suggest you educate yourself on the matter (see my other thread). Are you Preterist? The rise of the Nation of Israel from the dead marks this generation as THE LAST.

The earthly expanse of land was not Israel. It was just land.Rather than guess where your unreferenced thread can be found, can you tell us where the biblical nation of Israel was actually located and where Jerusalem used to be?
TexUs, are you Preterist? Which Nation are you referring to?The nation in the Middle East is NOT the Israel of the Bible.
TexUs, are you Preterist? Which Nation are you referring to?
Ok, thanks for answering the question. God raised the Nation of Israel from the dead to assure us that we are living in THE LAST generation. Enjoy the show. It's gonna be a LULU! Have you watched the news this week? No.
In the Biblical times (And sometimes today, but not as much), "Nation" didn't refer to a "ruling government over a section of land".... "Nation" referred to a people.
Replace Nation with People. The People of Israel, the Nation of Israel. God's People are God's People regardless of where they resided.
Again, read my topic, I'm not going to repeat everything that's already been said there.
Israel was never dead to start with.Ok, thanks for answering the question. God raised the Nation of Israel from the dead
The Nation of Israel was dead and is alive, because Jesus was dead and is alive.Israel was never dead to start with.
The Nation of Israel was dead and is alive, because Jesus was dead and is alive.
The Nation that SATURATED the OT is now irrelevant? Nah. Israel was merely set aside temporarily for Gentiles to obtain salvation. No, the Nation of Israel is God's People. It's as simple as that.
God originally gave Israel his representative governance: a High Priest, a King.
Christ came to earth and changed that. HE is our High Priest. HE is our King. The veil was removed (or did you miss the point of the gospel?): there was no longer any need for God to have earthly governance of his people.
This didn't change in 1949
God will not be taking us backwards. He won't be re-establishing what he DIED TO ELIMINATE. He won't be hanging a veil up, he won't be building a temple, he won't be re-instituting sacrifices, he won't be establishing a representative government here on earth again. It's POINTLESS. He ELIMINATED and FULFILLED that. You miss most of the gospel to believe what you believe about Israel.
