The Civil Rights Act spells out that states can't pass laws denying anyone....even people you choose to hate.. full and equal access to the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation.

And it is why i have long said , Get the politics OUT of the churches and hope not in men , govts at all .

If you walk into a restaurant and start ranting about any topic disturbing other customers and causing problems for the business then yes that business has every right to ask you to leave. But doing so is not discrimination, you aren't being shown the door because of who you are.
