Jesus Christ died for all those who would come to believe. buried and resurrected in three days....as proof a life after death.Prove it
God made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.I have a problem. I think only God saves, and that not even Jesus died for sins, but he died above sins and sinners.
Good Morning my Brothers in Christ = including @talonsThanks for replying. Let me answer the question you asked in giant letters first. Yes, of course the evidence of God's word is sufficient for me. However, the evidence I was asking you for was evidence that the photo was faked, and that it was from Hollywood and Stanley Kubrick. As God's word makes no mention of photographs (fake or otherwise), Hollywood, or Kubrick, I fail to see how I could find evidence in the bible that the photo was indeed faked.
You also said that Creation itself equals water, and that is evidence. What biblical reason do you have for saying that Creation equals water? It certainly included water, but it doesn't equal water.
You mentioned 1 Thessalonians 5:1-4. Those verses say:
(1Th 5:1) But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you.
(1Th 5:2) For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
(1Th 5:3) For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
(1Th 5:4) But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
Please tell me, what is the connection between those words about the day of the Lord, an d the matter of whether or not a photo is faked?
[Mat 1:21 KJV] 21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.Jesus Christ died for all those who would come to believe. buried and resurrected in three days....as proof a life after death.
Yeah, became the sin of crucifixation. He was still above sins.God made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
2 Corinthians 5:21 = Judgment #1
Respectfully, "His people" isn't necessarily Israel. "My sheep know My voice."[Mat 1:21 KJV] 21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Why not the whole planet not just Israel?
But his sheep were Israelites; still there is nothing about him saving any except Israel and god fearing gentiles, as much as, he is above sin.Respectfully, "His people" isn't necessarily Israel. "My sheep know My voice."
It seems that "god fearing gentiles" were made to become part of Israel. But his sheep were Israelites; still there is nothing about him saving any except Israel and god fearing gentiles, as much as, he is above sin.
This is not necessarily true, because circumcision was a waste time before the soon second coming. Gentiles acting like Hebrews and Israelites is what I see, and to this day, there are nothing but God-fearing gentiles. It seems that "god fearing gentiles" were made to become part of Israel.
If so, then salvation just for "my people" can include anyone
You have completely missed the New Testament teaching on adoption, then? And the Old Testament one too, I guess. This is not necessarily true, because circumcision was a waste time before the soon second coming. Gentiles acting like Hebrews and Israelites is what I see, and to this day, there are nothing but God-fearing gentiles.
Adoption what? Theology is all about adding concepts and words which are not there. You have completely missed the New Testament teaching on adoption, then? And the Old Testament one too, I guess.
That seems like a rather large hole in your theology![]()
That's a very Catholic idea of theology. I think of it more in terms of understanding Scripture, which is a very Protestant idea of theology.Theology is all about adding concepts and words which are not there.
Starting from Scripture?Adoption what?
