The 4 steps to the seared conscience of OSAS:
1. The believe the lie of unconditonally secured eternal salvation.
The blood of the Lamb is nothing but that of a goat, that only hides their sins, but does not cleanse them of all unrighteousness.
2. They reject the righteous judgement of God upon their souls.
God says He shall judge His people, they say He shall not.
The soul that sinneth, it shall die, but not their own.
2. They perversely equate the Lord's chastening as His righteous judgement.
They say the corrupting effects of sins upon their lives in the world, is the chastening judgement of God.
While the natural law of sin and corruption is upon every person's heart, mind, and body in this life.
3. The chastening of the Lord upon His people is inner reproof of the Spirit, where as the Spirit only reproves the world from without.
Because they falsely equate the chastening of the Lord by the Spirit with corruptive effects upon their lives, they therefore do not endure His chastening unto repentance, but instead sear their consciences to His inner reproof, and continue to go on in unrepented sins and trespasses.
They begin with the strong delusion of unconditionally secured salvation, where they have no part nor responsibility for it, and end with a seared conscience to their ongoing irresponsible ungodly lives unto dearth.
God shall not judge His people, and they shall be righteously judged for their depravity of the world unto death.
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron.
Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
They literally forbid any Christian to be a chaste virgin of blameless and righteous living in this life.
They demand all Christians be just as corrupt and sinful and unrepentant as themselves, in order to be unconditionally saved with a seared conscience unto the end.
Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
The only ones they declare unsaved by pride is them that refuse to sear their consciences, and so endure chastening unto repentance of all their sins and trespasses, to do them no more in this life.
