Hi Cristo,
Good to see you back here. If I were you, I would do as you once said you would...move to Northern Australia and live in the bush. Draconian is right! God Bless bro.

It is a vast space where he would not be found for sure, but I am not so sure that the people in the northern regions of Australia would want him there anyway and would frog march him back down south as fast as they could say, "right," right?

Its Pauline and Katter country and they both do not need anyone to make them look good. :D

PS: to the above post: -

Oh that right, the people north of the Longreach line want to separate from the rest of Australia because their wealth is being stolen by the drongos down in the southern parts of Australia.

Hi Cristo,
Good to see you back here. If I were you, I would do as you once said you would...move to Northern Australia and live in the bush. Draconian is right! God Bless bro.

Thanks Nancy I appreciate your sentiments...;)

I do think about moving state but it's not an easy thing to do... Ive always wanted to tour Oz in a campervan but I'm not at that stage in my life where I can freely do that... Just changing house is a huge task... Changing state is massiff... I don't know anyone anywhere else... All my friends and family are here...

My parents are at that age where they'll be needing more assistance soon... I don't want to leave Melbourne while my mum and dad are still here... The thing I missed the most when I was in jail was just being with my mum and dad properly around the dinner table... :)

So for now I'll see if I can grind it out... See how my industry looks next year... If there is any work... My olds are a buffer between myself and homelessness and I can fall back on them if needed... But many of my friends don't have that buffer and I fear what will happen to them when the government stops supporting everyone...:(

I've have a friend also who just come out of jail... We sound like criminals but he was in there for having overdue fines and I was in off traffic offenses... That's our government. Prison isn't just for criminals anymore...

Anyway coming out of jail is difficult to mentally readjust again... PTSD is inevitable and talking to anyone about jail is near impossible unless your talking to a former inmate... My mate went in when the world was normal and came out in this dystopian hell... Poor guy is totally lost and depressed and anxious... I can't leave him either... I have to help him as well...

PTSD is real and I had a chance to analyze the phenomenon... Being in jail without having committed a crime puts your mind in a state of stressful confusion that is not well understood... On one hand I believe prison is only for criminals but on the other hand I'm being forced to be in jail... Cognitive dissonance would mean I would change my belief like "oh well I did break the law"... But that's not me I stand firm in such beliefs... But being coerced against your will is psychological torment that is innocuous... Only after does the psychological damage reveal itself...

Anyway Cognitive dissonance is a complex psychological theory and this paricular situation of forced coercion is exactly what a lot of people are experiencing now... In many ways this is worse than jail because of isolation so I fear for the mental health and well being of people in a years time...

Life is so short we never know who will be called up or when... That's why I want to cherish and just enjoy the company of my parents when I can (and mums food):D

Seriously... Ur still filled with all that twisted anger and hate despite letting u go peacefully and respectfully... Resentment damages your soul my friend... Let it go...

For someone who is retired you come across as being very immature... Your post to like ratio is evidence that your not particularly friendly to people... Your blunt and irrational rudeness is why you are the only person I've blocked and until you are prepared to be a civilized human being I will have to keep your foul posts blocked... Unprovoked attacks like these really disgust me and make me feel sad for you as you know nothing about me nor I of u...

May the peace of God fill you through the Holy Spirit my friend

A good mate of mine came from Vic and came to QLD and then went back to smellbourne Mentone and I came down to visit, he drove around like a loony down their but never drove like that in QLD he drove a truck for delivering parts to Toyota ect and had a Gemini, when the speed cameras came out he came back to QLD and then when we got the cameras in QLD he wrote in to the paper about his position on them and did not give his name, but the cops must of asked the paper who it was and they hounded him full on and then the next time he wrote in to the paper he put his name with it.

Just remember that every K over is a killer ! that's Socialist indoctrination for you for a start, fact is that if a government goes down that line where does it end ? they should be saying be reasonable and alert and courteous on the roads. but that is not a cash cow. or even promote driver training courses. speeding is not even the number 1 cause of crashes.
Sadly we have Nazi types peddling stupid power over the people, not to mention how many believe such rubbish, the old saying, if you say a lie enough people will believe it's true. but If anyone comes out and point out the facts of statistics they become the monster. so when one ask what is it that they are truly peddling, you get kicked down, but hang on I am a citizen and I have the right to question anything, without some Socialist thug standover tactics BS ing me.
I am like what the hell is this speed camera doing in some places, I am all for such in some places because if one speeds in some spots it is really stupid. like at merging onto a 3 lane highway that you have some clown with total disregard to what can happen. or some dangerous intersections that one has to be carful of.

Hey if the Law is going to be Nazi types like they are on 0.05 or speeding and they truly are serious a lot of people should not be on the road, I know people who are better safer drivers at 3.0 then some sober any day, some people I will not get in the car with them regardless because they are shocking they do not speed but hopeless.
I have seen on TV drivers with recording camera have someone side swipe them, but did they try to avoid the idiot, No ! not at all. I did 50.000km a year in my job and I have avoided many a clown. many a Volvo driver drives to the letter of the Law, but they are the biggest menace, they are morons ! Volvo drivers in the 80's were the worse by far, but that has changed somewhat now, look out for crap dangling from the rear vision mirror or driving with a hat on, that's a red flag.

What, me angry at you? Why would I need to be?

This is what I said with my tongue firmly pushing my cheek out.

It is a vast space where he would not be found for sure, but I am not so sure that the people in the northern regions of Australia would want him there anyway and would frog march him back down south as fast as they could say, "right," right?

Oh that's right, the people north of the Longreach line want to separate from the rest of Australia because their wealth is being stolen by the drongos down in the southern parts of Australia.

Oh well if you could not see the humour where I was taking the mickey out of everybody, then that is your loss, not mine.

Come to think of it, the people up north pepper their speech with a lot of "hey's," "right's" are used a little further south to break up their speech.

You have come back and we do not need your hate speech against poor old Dan, because of the difficult decisions he has to make on all of Australia's behalf, because what is happening in Victoria, is also effecting all of Australia.

God does not use none threating language to entice people to change and repent. He tells them straight, repent, or suffer the consequences.

In Dan's case, whether people comply with the safe practices he is asking everybody to observe or not, he is judged to be wrong anyway, because people can simply dump the blame on him and deny their responsibilities for their choices and actions which is impacting everybody else.

At the moment, it would appear that Victorians are complying with Dan's requests to comply with safe practices, otherwise the number of daily reported cases of Covid-19 would not have fallen as quickly as it has. Unfortunately, from my observations, the lock down restriction should not be loosened until the moving 14 day reported tallies are below 63 cases, which was nearly achieved in June for the state of Victoria.

All Australians need to comply with the safe working practices so that this figure can also be achieved for all of Australia.

As such, we, in Australia, all need to encourage each other to comply to overcome the potential impact of the Covid-19 virus.

Cristo are you prepared to encourage people to comply rather than encouraging people to revolt against a directive whose primary purpose is to benefit all Australians. Whether or not we will be able to travel overseas, once we have the virus controlled in Australia, depends on how well other countries can control their infections rates such that transmissions of the virus is highly unlikely statistically for visitors.

Hard to leave family behind. I do understand and I do agree that there is most certainly forced coercion. All this stuff is just going to get worse and, I personally want to be very fit where faith and trust come in. God Bless and keep you all in His peace.

Old cow cockie's in the main I believe, they plod out on to the road or highway out in the sticks, as if they were still on the farm plodding about. look out for this bloke I always say, they do not bother to use blinkers as well.

I remember I had a mate go past one on his bike at 240km/h and I was coming on up right behind him doing 260km/h I see the old cockie's hat jump. haha! he near jumped out of his skin.

To have a cap on is ok, I think short people it helps keep the sun out of their eyes, one mate 5ft10 would always have the sun visor down I hated that cause I could not see out.

I wore a shrek cap once driving, people were looking, I put it on because I had had a gut full. and I have a coon hat with a long tail for the winter that you can wrap the tail around your neck, only worn once out camping, but it got some looks. I have a Bundy rum cap and a Holden cap signed by Peter Brock himself for me.

I do know who you mean then...there are those we call 'hillbillies' over here that fit your description or that profile. They drive like a bat out of hell just to go a km down the road or less and then back again..to park their rig/usually a p/u truck or 4-wheel all terrain vehicle on the front lawn as they unload a bag of groceries and beer. They are ones who love to spin their tires and kick up gravel/shingles....now there are drag or street racers - a quite different breed. Not as many as there were years ago. They soup-up their engines and are the smart hat/cap wearers. Dangerous on the road at times for others.

Ah, there has to be a conspiracy theory here somewhere to explain away the reasoning for why it is so. LOL
