Message from the Universe
Behind the Iron Curtain
Beyond the Fall of Rome
There's Hope in the uncertain
And Truth in the unknown
Beneath the stars and planets
Along the coral reef
A method calms the madness
And war gives in to peace
Fear not my changing surface
For what may lie below
But trust a higher purpose
That you already know
The Lord, He is mine,
There's no other of His kind,
Three in one Divine
Beautiful :) I stopped these for awhile. I have been praying about it, because I was told haikus have pagan roots and things on a different board... I honestly do not believe that ones that are for Christ Jesus are harmful. Putting a poem in a certain format doesn't suddenly become evil. I just don't want to cause anyone else to stumble... It doesn't matter to me to add another syllable or two to make it not haiku. And I know they have sincerely helped me in writing. As far as I know most are okay with them on here. Probably everywhere there will be someone who sees things differently and can stay away if it bothers them. I am not sure though. I know I have missed my little poems. :) It is what helped me out of writer's block in writing for Christ again. And my writing has been for Christ now, unlike in the past where I struggled with RPGs and things.
Anyhow, not to become a discussion here. I find benefit in writing these and there has been fellowship and Christ centered thinking in these. I just have been wrong about things in the past before and have hated to think about if I have steered people in the wrong direction with my actions.
It is something to think about, but I realize looking at your beautiful little poem and looking back in others, these are so uplifting to me. ^_^ our rpgs are too, Peter!!! We should continue them!!! Bless you!
