Reader,
Christianity is built on Hope that has a proven foundation who is Jesus The Lord....."and that ROCK was Christ".. who is "the Cornerstone".
"Whereas....Chance" is built on false hope, is built on wishful thinking, or playing against the odds.
For example..
Chance that is disguised as Hope........ is like putting on a blindfold, and shooting an arrrow at the Bullseye, trusting that there is a slim CHANCE you might hit it.
Another false Hope that is "Chance'..... is to take your money and buy a Lotto Ticket, ....hoping against the Odds of probablility that your ticket might have a chance to win.
Or.....Playing the Stock Market, is playing a game of Chance that you hope wont lose all your invested money.
So, we see that CHANCE....when disguised as Hope, has nothing that is REAL to offer you... that you can Trust.... Its all a game of mirrors, a house of cards, an illusion that is pretending you have a chance of success.
Now Lets looks at REAL HOPE.
A.) CHRISTIANITY = ""Faith is the substance of things Hoped for.......the EVIDENCE of things NOT SEEN""..
So what is that?
Is that a grand illusion?
Is that planning for the worst, while vainly hoping that it might be ok?
No.
No.
NO.
See, a Christian's Faith.....that is OUR HOPE......is not built on chance... Its built on The FACT that "Jesus rose from the Dead, and was seen by over 500 people after Christ came out of the Grave""" ... A Believer's HOPE>...is built on the Fact that the remaining Apostles who saw Jesus ALIVE after He Died..... told us so, and died for Him to prove Him for and to us, so that we can have Faith in the Truth, who is Jesus the Living.... John 14:6
See that?
A Christian's Hope is to have faith, in the RISEN CHRIST.....because its a FACT that Jesus rose from the Dead and this gives us Hope that is based on TRUTH, and Reality.
Now.......Notice this verse..
1 Peter 1. """"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a Lively HOPE... based on Jesus being risen from the dead".
See that "lively Hope"?... that is a Living Hope, a REAL Hope, a Hope that is based on the Risen Jesus. And when we have this HOPE.......we have FAITH in Christ, that is built on Truth and REALITY.... and not based on "chance".
