C Darwin was not a born again Christian, he got backhanded for his comment on the lizard running on water. what he said about the Lizard was outright blasphemy ! not to mention stupid.
There is no real argument between Science and the Holy Spirit truly, or put it this way the Holy Spirit does not attack true worthy science.
I know of people who are devoted to only science as another one of their gods tho.
Not to mention tho that science does not hold all the answers, nor does such claim to be truly, such people who make claims of science being the end of the story are only stooges.
I have come across many such simple shallow minded people with such ignorant claims, who are just only going along with the flow of the trend, so when one understands the workings of the Holy Spirit and you stand before one who does not have a handle on such an issue, their you have it ! an ignorant person who is not worthy of the issue at hand. one is claiming to dismiss a part of an issue and claiming to of won the argument. on popular opinion.
But there comes into the argument some stupid claims that some Church may of made.
Or that the RCC made in the early years ? but I found what I was taught in school on the subject was a half baked truth and half lies, not to mention a shallow lack of depth of that whole subject it's self, but typical regard of indoctrination schooling and I think it was the workings of Freemasons Socialist that inspired control of that line of subject at schools. it was another of their done deals ! So they worked to make the RCC look stupid, to people who did not know any better. as they all laughed at just how bright they are nowadays and another kick in the guts for the RCC. But such is a work of deception in fact.
I read once where the RCC account, when truly understood the gravity of the subject at hand from the initial onset made such teachings look like the total ignorant fools that they are. There is a lot more to it than what the shallow deceptive clowns loved to play out.
People can be made to look so smart regarding something past tense.
nowadays everyone is so smart, that they could all invent the light bulb ? but truly, no they could not at all.
So look at how smart we are now ? but the issue with how history got to the conclusion truly and all that that involves is dumped !
Now if one does bother to do detective work as into such, you will find the cunning of them who work to miss construe. So the masses think one is an idiot on a topic ? but it is they who are deceived.
