are all OVER That bible so many seem to want to put down in favor of a wacked out love that wont save them .
SEEING this love has o mitted even the DIRE NEED TO HAVE TO BELIEVE ON JESUS THE CHRIST
and sold a rainbow jesus that accepts sins and UNBELIEF . that AINT JESUS FOLKS
and if aint JESUS , IT AINT GOD my friend . . we are being LIED TOO .

Any other former Catholic have a testimony of coming to know Christ as their personal Savior?

As I mentioned before, I think some Catholics can be born again, if they truly are just trusting in Jesus for their salvation.

But if a person is new to the Christian faith, (why I made this topic), it's important to get into a good Bible-based church. Rather than learning a lot of unScriptural beliefs.


14 But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

An uholy mov ement has come .
And it has come to merge the decieved religoins as well as the decieved within christendom .
And from whence do you think it first sprang forth .
From a place that JESUS had long warned against .
BEWare OF THOSE who love to wear long robes , who love flattering titles
and to be called , why me oh my EVEN MOST HOLY FATHER . MOST HOLY , YEAH i said MOST H OLY FATHER

Now when you think of such a title , DO YOU THINK that belongs to man , OR GOD ALONE . exactly . GOD alone .

But sometimes when the house is on fire , we have to tone it up and warn just a bit louder . save some
through compassion and others through fear hating even the garment spotted by the flesh .

When they have NO doctrine but only emotions to offer up .
SO now TELLING and REMINDING people is a SELF thing .

Salvation began in Genesis

The OT saints were saved by the Holy Spirit the same way we are today = Faith in the WORD that was GOD

To be Born-Again means that GOD has brought you to Saving Faith in His WORD = This is called the Circumcision of the heart

No man by the SPIRIT calleth JESUS accursed

I argue that because so many claim the Sabbath commandment is no longer a commandment but an optional extra. Nowhere in Scripture is such a thing suggested. But the way to obedience isn't through striving and personal strength and determination. It's by faith and faith alone. It is a gift of God. It is the power of God working in the life of the believer. That's it. It's all there in Romans 6-8. It's all Christ and not we ourselves. Christ and Him only. Glory to God.

To reveal to us . It was HE who called . It was HE who spoke to Moses .
And it was HE who called us out of darkness . To GOD we owe all for the great gift of HIS salvation

Teaching them to OBSERVE , aka to DO , all things that i command you .
While its true that it is THE SPIRIT of GOD working in us the things pleasing to HIM .
To remind the church of the dire need to obey Him , to keep HIS commandments to the end
IS NOT legalism .
Now i know many folks THINK their works somehow saved them and they will wail on the DAY of the LORD .
But for to remind folks to DO and NOT to do , is not legalism .

I take some issue with "But the way to obedience isn't through striving..."

Luke 13:24 "Strive to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able".

Philippians 1:27: "Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ... striving together for the faith of the gospel".

2Tim 2:15
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

There are more scriptures on striving for salvation and Gods will in our lives but, I think these suffice...?

Born, raised, first communion, confirmation, religious instruction after public school on Tuesdays...I remember no teaching at all. Left "religion" as soon as I could. Then, in my early 30's started to visit protestant churches and delved very deep into scripture and couldn't get enough. :)

Wow, that's my story too only it was at age 35 when I became a Christian. I had communion and confirmation when I was 11; so getting out of school was just a cool thing to do, (which happened to be next door from a Catholic school). Once a week for a Catechism class and then on Saturdays, meant nothing to me. It didn't stick, it went in one ear and out the other - likely because my parents weren't believers, so they didn't share and nuture the principles of the Bible/Jesus. They just gave me a choice, go or don't go - we don't care. I should have chosen the Protestant class, maybe I would have been more receptive? Anyways, I'm good now.
That said, I do believe many Catholics can be and many are born again believers. Half of the body of Christ are Catholics, and 1.4 billion nake tha claim. As far as I know the only prerequisite to be a Christian is to believe that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose from the dead on the third day. They have faith in Jesus, regardless of the flaws in their religion (which do not invalidate their faith). We are all flawed sinners.
