How to make the evil of others not destroy you?

I wouldn't know how, but because I don't know, too many different sections....I have trouble still navigating the forum. ByGrace has been a great help, she really knows her way around.. Hope you figure it out, as that is not right....It should not have happened..

I do miss the odd post here and there...but that is because it is a busy site..with probably hundreds of threads a day. That is the reason I click on " Follow
Thread" even if it isn't one that I have posted in. Once " following a thread" it will automatically show up in the red ALERT when anyone posts in it.
I also "Follow" people, even if they are people that I don't always agree with.
Again, that way their posts show up in the ALERT and that also helps to not miss anything.
But like bbyrd009 said the other day...some posts get missed in the alert.
Nothing in the world works perfectly.....not even us!!

I just tried and it says " You may not start a conversation with the recipient. Stranger."

Maybe @lforrest can check it for us and see WHY!!

If and when I click on anyone else's name...a black box comes up saying info...( male, female, Texas or wherever)
And also the options of -
" Profile"/ "Start a conversation"/Follow". The can be clicked upon.

Strangers black box only has the choices of-
Profile/ Unfollow/Ignore

So...no " start a conversation"
