Scripture teaches that Children come from Hell. That means you, I and everyone else came from there.

The question is...

How did we end up there in the first place?

Let's begin with a few relative verses in order for us to being solving this Mystery...

Matthew 23:15
"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves"

In the above verse, we see Jesus Himself claiming that Children come from Hell... literally.

On top of that, Jesus seems to indicate that the Proselyte is going to have this happen to them more than one time by the use of the word 'twofold'.

In other words, they will be birthed twice into this world. Is there a limit to how many times this can occur?

What about good people? Seems being born from Hell only happens to Pharisee and hypocrite type folk.

Let's take a look at the first verse you quoted using the Amplified bible :)

15 “Woe to you, [self-righteous] scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you travel over sea and land to make a single proselyte (convert to Judaism), and when he becomes a convert, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are.

When Jesus spoke to the Pharisees in John 8:44-45 he said

44
You are of your father the devil, and it is your will to practice the desires [which are characteristic] of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks what is natural to him, for he is a liar and the father of lies and half-truths.

^ OP

Children do not come from hell!

Children come forth out from:
The lowest part of a woman, that is dark, and itself void of light...
Comparable to Hell...void of Light.

Raise up a child IN the Word of God...
The True Light, that the child may have the knowledge of the True Light, that the True Light may be a reflection upon the child.

Keep the child "remaining" in Darkness, (from the True Light) and Keep an "expectation" of raising a Child from hell, aka, Darkness, Void of Light.

2 Pet 2:
[1] ...the people...

[4] For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Jesus had this to say:

Matt 19:
[14] But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Scripture according to the Gospel of John has this to say:

John 1:
[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

[9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

The Lesson IS:
Every child is from a man's Corrupt seed, void of the True Light.
The Lord God is the Only True Light.
Teach a child of The True Light, that that child may receive the Good Blessings from the True Light.

Children come from a CORRUPT seed (sperm) and a PLACE (Womb) of darkness.

Raise them up in the True Light (Lord God Almighty), that they may Know and Choose the True Light...and AVOID eternity in DARKNESS void of the True Light.

Glory to God,
Taken

No where in scripture does it say that children came from hell, no where. The rest of your post is meaningless and built on isogesis ( reading and interpreting into scripture) rather than exegesis (reading and interpreting from scripture). It's what theologians call poor hermeneutics. If you start an argument with a fallacy, the whole argument is invalid.
Might be a good idea to go back to genesis and take a closer look. Wikipedia gives a definition of "the deep" but it's incomplete.
