Only in a crude sense of God being the Creator, the unbelieving ones are of this creation, of the world, they are from below, they are not born again from above to have citizenship in heaven above the earth and the world. Believers are not of this world. Your body still is of this world, but you have a newly created spirit which is united as one and in fellowship with God when you are born again, and that is that part of you that has eternal life.

Only the Sons and Daughters of God are his children. We are adopted into his family when we get Baptized, Confirmed with the Holy Spirit and take the Bread and Wine.
