Hi there,
So this is what I would call a clinical diagnosis of backsliding: you had faith, but then a dart of the enemy got through your armor and now you are doing nothing about it. Does that sound about right?
The point is that the faith, is simple; it is not the Spirit that separates us from God, who judges our faith (let it not be said?), but we, in the spirit of the anti-Christ that take pleasure in the suffering of the flesh, because of the separation from the Spirit. We need to realise that we need the Spirit.
The nearer we get to the Spirit, the more we realise that what He does is reveal the Gospel. The Gospel is not our enemy. The clarity we get from this, should make us able to do something about any dart of the enemy, that has got through.
I hope this has been of some encouragement.
God bless you, again and again.
