Good Morning!
Happy Inspiration Tuesday :)

Today's Text comes from the Book of 1 Chronicles, Chapter 25, Verses 7 through 8.
(1 Chronicles 25:7-8) NLT "They and their families were all trained in making music before the Lord, and each of them, 288 in all, was an accomplished musician. The musicians were appointed to their term of service by means of sacred lots, without regard to whether they were young or old, teacher or student."

Question? Why is it important that we all sing to God?

It is important because singing is part of our worship of God. For example, in ancient times for the Israelites, this was so important that King David ordered 288 Levites to be singers in the temple. Today, on the other hand, we all have the opportunity to express our love for God by singing songs of praise, regardless of the defects of our voices.

To better understand this, we can give an example of when a child tells one of his parents, Dad or Mom, in words that are difficult to understand. However, for the parents, it is a greater expression of that child's affection for them. In the same way, we should not allow the defects of our voice to prevent us from singing our praises to God.

As we well know, King David was an excellent composer of melodies to God. He was the most notable musician mentioned in the Bible! If we review the headings of Psalms, we must attribute 73 of them to King David, the songs were important parts of the worship of the Israelites so we can be sure that they sang them to God with great joy.

Praise to the Creator is an integral part of our worship, for our Creator, it is something very important. It is another way, so to speak, of connecting in our worship to God. The Israelites did it, our Lord Jesus Christ and the Apostle Paul have sung praises to God. The Angels in Heaven praise God with songs too.

Amen! Have a Blessed One! :innocent::praying:
