I noticed that when she called you a prophet, you didn't correct her.

You liked it.

Are you a prophet of God, John?
If you didn't filter everything through your ego....you wouldn't be so offended. I don't make a habit of conferring with the part in people that is meant to be crucified. If you acted by faith from the inner man...we could get somewhere.

What does it matter to you who I am and what I do? Look to yourself. Look to God.

Isn't this what you say of others? Everyone but you filters everything through their egos. She placed you not quite with Moses, but definitely above Tozer.

Just answer the question.

Others don't hound me with their over-inflated egos. You are making this about you. Of course there are others here who do the same. The net of the kingdom gathers all kinds of fish.

Here you are again...describing the very thing you do.

Throwing your ego into the mix...
There was a game we use to play when we were children, we called it, "I know you are but what am I?"

Someone would say something, the other would reply,

I know you are but what am I?

You're _______!

I know you are but what am I?

You're a ________!

I know you are but what am I?

We stopped playing because it went no where. And we weren't children any longer.

It's simply another deflection.

Much love!

I didn’t place him with Moses. I placed you with Aaron and Miriam. If you were bothered by my saying you reminded me of Aaron and Miriam, it might make your head explode to hear that now you are reminding me of the men who hit Jesus and said, prophesy to us, who hit you?

Matthew7:13-16
Strait gate,narrow way.
Which path are any on . Examine ourselves and bear our cross.
Beware of FALSE prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

No man is to be hoisted upon a pedestal and idolized and should rebuke those whom do so to them
Jesus must increase and I, we, you, me, them ,they and any must decrease.

I haven’t idolized him. I’ve thanked God for sending him to help me out of the Babel
And you are reminding me of this:
3 May those who say, “Aha, aha!” be turned back
Because of their shame.

Aha, you heard her, we all heard her! she is an idol worshiper, stone her!
you are ridiculous.

No?

At the same time, you don’t abuse a prophet. In fact, if you accept a prophet in the name of a prophet you get a prophets reward. And yes, I know, Epi doesn’t call himself that - I do.

No, I’m not saying Epi is Moses. Moses wasn’t a music snob.

A prophet?

I think he is, yes. I’ve looked and looked for any other man, or woman, who teaches what he does and it appears to me that it has originated with him. I’ve found many men who were almost there (like Tozer) in understanding it. They could say what we lacked but they never quite got to WHY we lacked and were dying and what went wrong, because of the doctrines. The doctrines jammed them up.

It would help if you pay attention. I did not place him with Moses.
I did say he was a prophet.
You act like that’s a horror. Have you not read that it was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to equip the saints for works of ministry and to build up the body of Christ?

There is a feeling of safety in maintaining "plausible deniability". Imply something, but don't say it outright. You can receive the accolades and adoration of those who buy into it, and you can deny having made the claim for your own convenience.

Much love!

You lack maturity, sincerety, and not that I named YOU, but it obviously HIT YOU, it's time for you to grow up and get real.
Instead of your little psycho babble vanishing act GET IN THE WORD OF GOD AND ASK THE SPIRIT TO TEACH YOU !

Oh, I can tell you are not in the good soil that has been well fertilized and plowed.
Your garden has not been well tended at all; overgrown with briars and thistles and running amuk with rodents.
But hey some like things of stone like hearts and heads, ask your mentor for cooling living water........wait.... NOPE, you have to ask Jesus for that since HE IS THE LIVING WATER !

I bought a vacant piece of land recently, and every night someone keeps depositing soil on the land. I still can't figure out who it is.

The plot thickens.

The poor in impoverished nations are members of many religions. The poor will be judged less severely because of their attitude...one that was honed through suffering. Whatever the religion...it doesn't matter, as the poor will be judged according to their love and service for others. We will be judged by our works...not our religious affiliations.

God is righteous to see our works, whether they be righteous or not.

He will have mercy on whom He wills. He is merciful.

Then there is grace. Those who have received grace will be judged HARDER...not easier. This idea does not sit well with the rich who look for temporal as well as eternal privileges. And there are false ministers among the rich who will confirm them in the excesses.

To whom much is given, MORE is required.

Do you have any scriptural reference for this? Where is it written that the poor will be judged less severely because of their attitude?

Teachers of error will be judged more severely. And the bible says to preach the gospel to the poor.

And James says this about the poor... James 2:5,6

Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him? But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?

And read Luke 6 about the rich...

(in a bit of a rush...all for now! )
