No. Satan is man and our resistance to harmony within the laws of nature. God is those laws of nature.

The bible makes clear that Satan is a fallen angel and is not man.
The purpose of the bible is to bring us into a right re.ationship with God.
God created space, time e, energy, mater and organised them into to the universe.
He created life etc.
He is far more than the laws of nature.

The Spirit of Satan incarnates itself in man just the same as God and the Holy Spirit incarnate into man. No it is not man but becomes manifest through man.

Satan simply means "the divider". It is a reference to the force of duality because in God we are all one.

All things come from God. Nothing escapes the Law. That includes what you perceive as bad.

Biblically, it is rather the other way around, the enemy is in a cosmic battle with GOD's angels, man, especially saints, and not GOD. (Jude 1:9),(Revelation chapter 12)

'For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the Gospel is preached unto you.'

'Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away:'

GOD is rather 'poised', until HIS words in the New Testament come to pass.

For example, the Son, when there arose a storm, the bot was rocking, water was splashing in, the disciples were terrified they're going to sink and drown. But the Lord their God was 'poised' and 'asleep' during all this deathifying moment.

Not exactly a chess match but IMHO Satan is permitted to run amok due to God's initial plans for him before the creation of the world

'According as HE hath chosen us in HIM before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before HIM in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to HIMSELF, according to the good pleasure of HIS will, To the praise of the glory of HIS grace, wherein HE hath made us accepted in the beloved.'

According to this verse, GOD already finish HIS work victoriously, it is just that every thing written need to come to pass.

Please tell us how specifically God chose us in Him before the foundations of the world?

Where, specifically is it written how God did this?

No, I am not saying he did not, but I am trying to find where it is written, by God, how.

We had a lot of time before the written word was recorded and everything until that time was passed down word by mouth.

You have to admit that is a faulty, at best, way to relay things for even when things are written here, another will carry it forward with an embellishment or omission.

He predestined US. Does that mean each of us specifically or does that mean collectively as a generational downline?

He predestined us "us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to HIMSELF," even though Christ Jesus , Himself, said in Mathew 15:24 But He answered and said, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” ?

When were we supposed to be adopted when Jesus was clear in what he said?

DO NOT make the mistake of insinuating that the Holy Bible is clear that we were originally intended for this adoption....

Jesus had also said in Mathew 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent out after instructing them: “Do not go in the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter any city of the Samaritans;

They IOW were to go for the lost sheep. Those chosen who had strayed.

It was not until that Gentile woman of faith came for a healing of her daughter... and Jesus said ... I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. ..... and she was so persistent in her faith that things moved along for us.

Romans 11:11-12 tells us... 11 So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous. 12 Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion[a] mean!

The Mystery of Israel's Salvation

25 Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers:[c] a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written,

“The Deliverer will come from Zion,
he will banish ungodliness from Jacob”;
27 “and this will be my covenant with them
when I take away their sins.”
28 As regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sake. But as regards election, they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers. 29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. 30 For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience, 31 so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now[d] receive mercy.

I personally do not believe that the Gentiles were predestined before time.

Well, Apostle Paul wrote this epistle to the gentile church of Ephesians.
Where, specifically is it written how God did this?
Ephesians 1:4

Psalms 139

Remember, we gentiles are also the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve.

Actually you can find it written in Psalm 139 about God's perfect knowledge about His people.
EVERY SINGLE DAY God wrote down in His Book the days He made for you before you were born.
God designed us in secret before time began, and then we were born in our time

15 My [h]frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.
17 How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How great is the sum of them!

Psalm 139

O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
2 You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off.
3 You [a]comprehend my path and my lying down,
And are acquainted with all my ways.
4 For there is not a word on my tongue,
But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.
5 You have [b]hedged me behind and before,
And laid Your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
It is high, I cannot attain it.
7 Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
8 If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in [c]hell, behold, You are there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning,
And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
10 Even there Your hand shall lead me,
And Your right hand shall hold me.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness shall [d]fall on me,”
Even the night shall be light about me;
12 Indeed, the darkness [e]shall not hide from You,
But the night shines as the day;
The darkness and the light are both alike to You.
13 For You formed my inward parts;
You [f]covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise You, for [g]I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
18 If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand;
When I awake, I am still with You.
19 Oh, that You would slay the wicked, O God!
Depart from me, therefore, you [i]bloodthirsty men.
20 For they speak against You wickedly;
[j]Your enemies take Your name in vain.
21 Do I not hate them, O Lord, who hate You?
And do I not loathe those who rise up against You?
22 I hate them with [k]perfect hatred;
I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
24 And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting.

This is written to gentile believer! Named Timothy

2 Timothy 1:8-10 New King James Version
Not Ashamed of the Gospel

8 Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, 9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, 10 but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel,

Acts 15
17 So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord,
Even all the Gentiles who are called by My name,
Says the [d]Lord who does all these things.’
18 [e]“Known to God from eternity are all His works.

The Lord does all things regarding our salvation, and key here is Known to God from eternity are all his works.
The gentiles who are called by My Name, are those among the gentiles God foreknew as his people. it harkens back to the beginning of time these gentiles he calls to be saved. It must be a personal call the way this is written

Acts 15 also shows this especially from v12-20

Whole relevant passage for context

6 Now the apostles and elders came together to consider this matter. 7 And when there had been much dispute, Peter rose up and said to them: “Men and brethren, you know that a good while ago God chose among us, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. 8 So God, who knows the heart, [a]acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, 9 and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? 11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus [b]Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.”

12 Then all the multitude kept silent and listened to Barnabas and Paul declaring how many miracles and wonders God had worked through them among the Gentiles. 13 And after they had [c]become silent, James answered, saying, “Men and brethren, listen to me: 14 Simon has declared how God at the first visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name. 15 And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written:

16 ‘After this I will return
And will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down;
I will rebuild its ruins,
And I will set it up;
17 So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord,
Even all the Gentiles who are called by My name,
Says the [d]Lord who does all these things.’
18 [e]“Known to God from eternity are all His works. 19 Therefore I judge that we should not trouble those from among the Gentiles who are turning to God, 20 but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from [f]sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood. 21 For Moses has had throughout many generations those who preach him in every city, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath.”

The Jerusalem Decree

22 Then it pleased the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas, namely, Judas who was also named Barsabas,[g] and Silas, leading men among the brethren.

23 They wrote this letter by them:

The apostles, the elders, and the brethren,
To the brethren who are of the Gentiles in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia:
Greetings.
24 Since we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, [h]saying, “You must be circumcised and keep the law”—to whom we gave no such commandment— 25 it seemed good to us, being assembled with one [i]accord, to send chosen men to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 We have therefore sent Judas and Silas, who will also report the same things by word of mouth. 28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: 29 that you abstain from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual[j] immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well.
Farewell.

Then we have here another letter to gentile believers how God from the beginning chose them for salvation. That must be from the foundation of the earth as All Gods works were finished from the foundation of the earth, from eternity as Hebrews 4 and Acts 15 says, and salvation is a work of God.
We just experience our salvation in time, but it was determined by God before time began for those God has chosen, just like Ephesians 1 says which was also written to Gentiles.

God saves those he loves as they are greatly beloved also found in Ephesians 2.

2 Thessalonians 2

13 But we are [f]bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through [g]sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our [h]epistle.

16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, 17 comfort your hearts and [i]establish you in every good word and work.

Well, Apostle Paul wrote this epistle to the gentile church of Ephesians.

Ephesians 1:4

Psalms 139

Remember, we gentiles are also the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve.
Good morning Fred...

First Psalm 139 is a psalm of David that expresses his trust in the Lord's knowledge and care for him.

Just like people often use Jeremiah's " “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” to prove that before we are born God knows us,
when it is obvious it has nothing to do with us in general.

I only see these and specific to the individual people to whom God had/has a purpose. Not to everyone.

Ephesians 1:4
NASB 1995
just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love

This is prefaced by Eph 1:3 which states ... Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

This is followed by Eph 1:5 which states... He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,

1:6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.

Who is Paul talking to, because the US here is not you and me... it is the people, including himself, that Paul is talking to.... His opening of his letter to the Ephesians states

Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

See... this is not to all... it is to the specific "saints"... only.

Seemingly Paul’s letter to the Ephesians is different compared to many of the other New Testament letters he wrote. Like Romans, Ephesians was not written so much to address problems in a particular church; more so, it was written to explain some of the great themes and doctrines of Christianity.

An explanation of sorts... for some.

Ellicott's commentary states... It will be observed that even here it clearly refers to all members of the Church, without distinction.

"ALL" members of the church.

So this means, at least to me that since the majority of people have never been members of "the church", that once again ALL cannot have been predestined.... and I still submit that only those who had a divine appointment for a special work or example were in those initial plans. And we came after.

Is God In A Cosmic Chess Match With Satan??

The answer to your question is:
"AI" is in a "cyber match" with God and His Saints.

AI could rewrite the Bible in a few years

By the way, why don't you have an avatar next to your posts??

Satan can ONLY do what God allows him to do. Read Job. Satan had to get God's permission to destroy Job's family. Job was a RIGHTEOUS man. God is allowing this Global catastrophe and MANY deaths. He doesn't have to ask permission. Just like He didn't ask permission to drown all on Earth but 8, "making them an example".

Mt 7 NARROW is the way that leads to life and FEW there be who find it.

Only 8 were saved from the Flood. Only Lot and his daughters were saved from the incineration of Sodom!

BILLIONS of humans will burn in Hell "forever and ever". God allows it!
