I think it would be really good thing to help the needy if they were actually being helped that is and money wasn't just being given away to lazy people. @JohnDB, I would be really curious for your input on this.

It looks to me like only people that had a job last year get the stimulus checks. I don't know about welfare people who still get their checks. I get it because I had a job for two weeks, and filed a tax return. The 3 stimulus checks are more than my entire income for 2 weeks. That must have been God.
