Which unfulfilled promises for Israel are you talking about exactly?

Are you not aware that there is a heavenly Zion? That is the Zion those verses are referring to.
As for the Lord being King over all the earth. Have you never read this...
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
As for Jesus reigning on David's throne, have you never read this...

Peter indicated that David prophesied that God promised him that He would raise up the Christ (Messiah) to sit on his (David's) throne and that David was prophesying "concerning the resurrection of the Christ". So, Christ being RAISED UP from the dead was the fulfillment of the prophecy concerning God's promise to RAISE UP the Christ to sit on David's throne. The prophecy said that God would RAISE UP the Christ to sit on David's throne and Peter said "This Jesus God has RAISED UP", showing that the prophecy was fulfilled by the resurrection of Christ. And, because the prophecy was fulfilled, Peter was able to proclaim that "God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ".

Of course the first resurrection is already past. Believers have been having part in the first resurrection for a long time already.
The first resurrection:
Acts 26:23 that the Christ would suffer, that He would be the first to rise from the dead, and would proclaim light to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.”
1 Corinthians 15:20 But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
Having part in the first resurrection:
Colossians 2:12 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,
Romans 6:3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Scripture says when Christ returns, yes does those kinds of things, but it is the New earth, not this old earth
The New Jerusalem comes down out of heaven onto the NEW earth.
The only future for this old earth is to be burned on the Day of the Lord Jesus, when He comes back.

Jesus continually tells us He is coming as a thief, at a time when you do not expect!
Luke 12
35 “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; 36 and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately. 37 Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. 38 And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. 39 But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would [g]have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. 40 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”

42 And the Lord said, “Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food [h]in due season? 43 Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. 44 Truly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all that he has. 45 But if that servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and be drunk, 46 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47 And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. 48 But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. v49 may have a meaning some might not associate with Christ's returning?
As in to set fire to this earth.
And He wishes it were already done.
That is the context of the chapter, what He does when He returns and the judgment of the wicked, and the reward of the saints of God.
Some say has to do with the Holy Spirit baptism, which seems to me out of the context of what Christ is teaching here.

Christ Brings Division
49 “I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! 50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how distressed I am till it is accomplished! 51 Do you suppose that I came to give peace on earth? A World… is a place / Estate that has Occupants/ inhabitants for which that World was created.
Gods Estate… IS Above the Heaven(S).
“The” High (3 rd) Heaven is Gods Throne.
The Mid (2 nd) Heaven is Holy angels Estate
The lower (1 st) Heaven is clouds. We see, can enter into, via plane, mountain climbing, and a height that fallen angels can also go, but no higher…as they were cast out of their first east are ( 2 nd heaven)
Then the Earth….surface, living Man’s Estate.
Then In the Earth, caves, holes, place for Dead Bodys of men.
Then Deep In the Earth, Hell. A place for departed unsaved living souls to wait for judgement.
Then a pit, for fallen eternally living spirits, to end up eternally. Without power to escape.
Every place where “created beings” inhabit… is A World.
As Scripture is Written for the benefit of created Creatures call “mankind”… (not angels not animals)…the most references of the 300+ times “world” is mentioned IN Scripture…
Is talking about man’s habitat… Earth… the world, this world…
God, holy angels, fallen angels, dead Body’s of men, unsaved departed living souls, demonic angels…all have their own worlds “habitats” they occupy.
Jesus” Kingdom is Not of or in THIS World, Yet…BECAUSE…God has Not YET PREPARED His Sons’ Kingdom For His Son to be Seated on His “Throne”…
Christ the Lord Jesus HAS been for 2,000 + years Preparing His “Servants / holy angels”and “Saints / Saved and born again men”…
To be inhabitants of His Kingdom ON This Earth.
Then will His Kingdom be IN this World…
And after 1,000 years…
Then will The Lord Gods Kingdom be OF this World.
Should be understood as it Applies to Him…
Remember all the Worlds… belong to God…
Man is the Occupant… the world is not his, it’s his habitat.

On earth is “unsaved”… believing mortals…a remnant…they live, Marry, reproduce, establish nations, etc. like now, except they All believe…Satan nor any fallen angels are on earth…

Instantly they are Destroyed by Fire.

Fallen angels shall be defeated and cast into the LOF where they shall remain alive forever.

This world. The World. “worlds” are a place established for specific inhabitants.
Heaven was not a world created for a terrestrials habitat.
Earth was not a world created for a celestials habitat.
One day…heaven and earth shall have no DIVISION (as now) … the inhabitants shall all be perfect and holy, without taint, sin.
