Getting a heat wave. Wasn't too bad yesterday but tomorrow it's going to be 90 here in the Los Angeles Basin.
I have an opthalmologist appointment tomorrow but I think I will keep the appointment. I just have to walk one block and cross the street and I'm there.

The heat here in the Basin of Los Angeles only reached 87 Wednesday. Walked to my Opthalmologist and there was a nice breeze coming home.
Once it's the Summer months it will feel hotter.

This week we are dropping back down to the 70s. You never know what you are going to get here. lol

?I tried to wait out my cold/sinus difficulties but finally went to GP doc and got a bag full of meds , now on forth day and the tide is turning . Wife needed me to stop coughing in my sleep so she could sleep , my coughing did not wake me up
.Green tea first order of day and need to grind coffee beans if I really want that hot java
.Coffee seems to help me with bronchial inflammation when ill or affected by irritants.Glad you had a pleasant journey !

Weather is nice here, warm and breezy cool spring with happy sunlight, which is nice for cold and flu things sometimes. In the fresh air.
