Good morning everyone. I finally did it, I finished my theory in an intelligent manner I think. I can now rest, peace of the Lord be with you and with me!

Coffee time, West Coast, and weather is good here. 5:30 am

So not anxious, no caffeine. Not sure why I can't sleep. Not even hyped up or anything. Maybe just a bored, fighting sleep feeling. Always been a bit of a nightowl

I wonder if you could try having some ashwagandha and melatonin on hand to help settle things at night.

I've always been a bit of a night owl. Never tried ashwagandha. Ducky mentioned it too though. Said it really works for her. I looked for it when we went to Walmart, but I didn't see it. I'll probably have to order it online to try. I think I tried melatonin some years back. I wasn't anxious last night, but maybe just a bit down feeling. No thoughts attached to it. I'll just have to pray about it for a bit. Still got some sleep! I can make some coffee and get some praise going on, before the kids wake up

@Mayflower, Coffee isn't for everyone, but it helps me sleep long after I drink it, I hope you get some good sleep. Sleep is important I've heard chamomile tea helps some people sleep and it's caffeine free.

Good morning CB! Had my coffee already and wide awake. Weather has been super here (west coast), not too hot and not too cold. I think it will warm up now though. We have bald eagles returning to the skies here. I see them all the time. They used to only be down by the coast, but now they're above the city too.

Nice picture right there, it must have been a few months ago when I last saw an eagle in flight around here, it was soaring high in the sky in a circle nearby a higher than one of the local mountains.

I think they hunt peoples pets around here among other critters. Yesterday I saw one and it was, as always, being mocked by ravens. The ravens love harassing the bald eagles here.
