So from infancy we had somebody else telling us what to do, leading you, and directing you in the way you should go. All those things build up into a false identity - who we think we are. It is the same in religion - it is a build up into a false identity. Doing to be, when everything you are came by a birth as well. Nothing to do to be who you are! In Adam we had no idea there was another (lieing sinning death life nature) in us that made you who you are. Nature comes out of the seed.. and the seed Adam recieved was that lieing deceiving spirit of rebellion.
15 and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. - Genesis 3:15.
They could kill Jesus, but the moment they did - the sin he took into his sacrificial body died. Lamb slain before the foundation of the world! Would take sin.. and distroy the power it had over humanity.
We can look and what the problem would be for humanity from now on, and we can look at the fix. In Genesis 3:15, you have the problem and the fix in the same verse.
Now: what makes that verse so powerful is we can see all life comes from a seed. Lest a corn of wheat fall in the ground and die.. is another good verse to show us life is in the seed. What good is this physical life if there is no spiritual life. Even in Adam we had spiritual life..be it death -separation -rebellion -life, but it was a spirit life. Life comes from spirit. Adam was created a living soul with no life.. but to walk in innocence. He had never seen death..when the Lord told him 'do not eat from this tree or you will die.' Adam didn't know anything about death, he had never seen death before. There was nothing around Adam that died. Death had not entered in yet. Adam ate from the tree..and he saw death for the first time.
It was in the form of shame and separation, hiding from the Lord! Adam had a nature and that nature was death life. Adam had a spirit life-spirit-nature put in him the moment he believed Satan and ate from the tree.
