Let him return unto the LORD,
Isa 55:6 Seek ye the
LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Let the wicked
forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto
the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will
abundantly pardon.
When a fallen sinner comes to the lord upon the
convicting power of the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin,
righteousness, and judgement, they have a choice to either repent, stop sinning
and seek His mercy, so I ask when does the rebellion to God stop, before, or
after the Lord will grant mercy and pardon? My contention is it must stop
before.
